This place is amazing. the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. i would recommend it for date or a night out with friends. i would drive here just for the crab bisque.

Everything was great! our server shannon, excellent. the hostess, extremely nice. the food-great! the blackened shrimp, even though they didn t look blackened, had a great smoky and peppery taste to them. the wings were really smoky and the garlic parmesan flavor was the best i ve had in a while. ( i could have used a small container or something for my bones but i just used my bowl that my corn came in) . we ate in the bar area and got seated quickly. i don t live up this way, but i hope to be back! parking: plenty of parking

We went here last night for a very first time but we just picked up food and took it home and ate there. i totally agree with what everybody else is saying me and my husband went ahead and tried the shrimp sandwich it was amazing there was so much shrimp and so many french fries i literally only took three bites out of my sandwich before i was full. one of my daughters had a fried chicken sandwich she loved it she had bought a sandwich from kfc the night before and said that she didnt get full off of it she was full of this one and she said it was very good. my other daughter got the chicken tenders and french fries and it look delicious she said it was very good. all in all we were very happy with our food they give you a lot of food for the amount that you pay you get your moneys worth. everybody up there was very nice does too they were welcoming it felt good. theres places you walk in sometimes and the people are mean and rude and it makes you just want to turn around and walk out and not give them your service but not this place theyre sweet theyre nice theyre welcoming and their food is amazing and theres plenty of room for whoever wants to come or bring their family. you can also get drinks they have a bar in here the drinks look really good too. come check the brown lantern out so far the best place ive ate at in live oak. also the fried were very good too.

Ever since the new owner has taken over this place is now back to being a hotspot. the service is incredible the new owner is there and he cares about his customers and actually helps out. the chips are delicious the homemade hot sauce that you do have to ask for if youre daring is fabulous. every meal is delicious big hardy portions half the time i have to take home leftovers. even the stuff that does not speak english is helpful quick unpleasant im glad i can see spanish and practice a bit on the one with the beautiful smile. definitely a place if youre craving good mexican food and a tasty drink margarita

We have been by this restaurant many times but always forget it is there when we are in town. our son wanted asian food, so we decided to give it a shot. we were not disappointed. everything was delicious . and there was alot of it. everything came out hot and delicious. service was great, the waitress gave great recommendations. the atmosphere was nice and cozy and clean. we will definitely be back to try more items.

Great place for breakfast! biscuits with sausage and gravy were fabulous! omelette had lots of veggies! great customer service with lots of refills on coffee and even hot water for my tea. food

We had breakfast for dinner (11:00pm), the food was great! everything was ordered was cooked perfectly. our waitress jenn was very social and friendly, she came to our table several times to see if we needed anything. actually, all the staff were friendly and social. the cook even came over to see if we enjoyed our meal. we ll definitely come back.

Our clerk was very sweet. the food was great. the $5.99 deal of that double cheeseburger is a wonderful deal!! the apple tart is good too!! food

I eat here once every couple of weeks. the food is generally pretty darn good. occasionally the ribs are lacking, not in taste but the cut of meat (this happens at all bbq restaurants). the sliced meats (beef, pork and turkey) are all very good and usually moist. the smoked chicken is excellent as well. the loaded potatos are really good, but more of a lunch size portion in my opinion. the salads are huge you will not be disappointed with one of their salads (got to get it with their ranch dressing!!). redneck nachos are massive and delicious. thursday they have a steak special that is super tasty and priced right. service has always been top notch. 10/5/22 added new menu pics. some prices did go up. 6/24/23 added new menu pics and left the old so you can see the price changes. some prices did go up again. also tried the brisket today (my first time trying brisket), im not a fan of it.

Me why i stopped in here for a quick bite. the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. we decided on trying the oxtail and rice with plantains. the oxtail was very soft and delicious with rendered fat which i like. the beans were good and the plantains were cooked well. if were ever in the area again wed like to stop by. maybe for a meal, not just a little snack.

Honest opinion is a new place we stopped today for lunch it wasnt bad food came quick our waiter was good they may need some improvements like the bread to burger ratio burger look thin in comparison to the bread it was my girl ordered she didnt like the fries at all i didnt try them my chicken philly was good a bit on the salty side for my taste the bread definitely needs to be toasted it was soggy and the onion rings were good. there is definitely room for improvement

Great selection. fusion of country and asian. fried chicken, mac & cheese, krab rangoon, honey chicken, coconut chicken, rice, noodles, salad bar even sushi…etc yum! the photos are from around 8:30pm.. food still hot and fresh!

My sister and i were on our way back from gulfport, mississippi. i had the special. three pieces of chicken, fries, and gravy. it was delicious. i had water to drink because my sugar was a little high and i wanted a ice cream cone also, after i got done eating my chicken. the large vanilla cone was delicious also! some of the dairy queens and other outfits have went to the ice milk and it aint worth a flip! but not this one! my sister had the chili dog combo. she said it was delicious! the kids working in here were great! they were also very kind! my sister and i were so glad there was no gangster rap trash playing on the radio! every time we are in the area we are sure to stop by!

This place is way better than the other chinese takeout in live oak. glad i tried it out. the food was better, and it was cheaper! we got the orange chicken with lo mein, bourbon chicken with fried rice, crab rangoons and beef teriyaki. everything was really good. the young girl who answered the phone was very helpful, and also recommended a good appetizer i had not ever had before. 10/10

We havent seen a dine-in pizza hut in years and this one didnt disappoint. the dining room was clean, the salad bar was fresh, and the pizza was perfect.

So we did go again, closer to 12pm. wow crowded. however, the food was delicious as before & the service was great. i will say that you might have difficulty finding a table. some people though. we luckily found a table just vacated. there was a table that had a coffee & a laptop with someones personal belongings. it sat vacant of anyone & no one else could use this table. well about 45+ minutes after we had come in, this one guy who had been outside on his phone. we thought nothing of it. well he came back in. then sat at his computer working on whatever it was. they get busy & tables fill up plus you have table hogs. there special was a wardolf wrap & tried their potato bacon soup. both were delicious. they have a lot of baked goodies. august 2019 we hadnt been here before, we must change that. this place has good food. you can get freshly baked items, delicious soups & sandwiches. i decided to take a chance on their reuben sandwich & it is by far one of the best reuben sandwiches i have had in years. i was really impressed with their homemade soups & we were going to split a blondie but took it home. i decided to try it & forgot to share it. it is nice inside. we sat by the window & you can hear the traffic but it isnt so intrusive. actually the most bothersome noise was by another customer who just had to have a loud cell phone call. this is a small restaurant, most of their business seems more take out. if you must take a call then go outside, esp when people cant hear each other over your obnoxiously loud phone call in such a small area. we will be going again & they close early like 2:30pm.
