This was our first experience at a ruth chris steakhouse, and it wont be our last. the 4 of us had an unrushed 2 hour dinner on their outdoor patio, and the entire evening was perfect, beginning with our excellent waitress kaitlyn, who was attentive throughout the meal. all the food was excellent, and the prix fixed featured meal of the evening made it a super way to try several items. as expected, their steaks could be cut with a fork, but the real surprise was the super tender lobster tail, better than ive had in most seafood restaurants. overall, it was an expensive evening but well worth it.

We had frank and josh, a couple days ago and it was the absolute bees knees. they were out of a few things but obviously cause it s amazing. food was to die for and service wash top notch. i was downtown today and watched josh run after clients with their leftovers and i think their card, i rolled down my window to say he s the best. they go above and beyond and deserve all the love. 10/10 do it again and again.

Food was truly delicious and made from high quality ingredients. the decor is tasteful and the wait staff has a relaxed vibe, which is appreciated. most everything was great; the only improvement could have been clearing our main plates sooner after we finished, and bringing the dessert menu sooner. the window of time had passed, as we were already becoming quite aware of feeling full, and feeling our desire to change scenes after the longish wait. of course, its nice to not feel rushed after a meal, though the post meal timing could have been a bit more agile. we do recommend eating at connors.

Everything about this restaurant is first class – from the wait staff to the food. when i made the reservation, i requested a specific booth, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. the food is incredible. the onion rings and the mushroom starters were both huge and absolutely delicious. the main courses of the double cut pork chop and the cauliflower steak were equally outstanding. both desserts, the olive oil cake, and the carrot cake were explosions of flavor in every bite. the portions of all the items were large enough to bring home leftovers for another two meals. this restaurant also excels in the finer touches of: several visits from the manager during the meal to make sure everything is perfect to requesting your parking stub when they bring the check so the valet can have your car at the front door waiting for you when youre ready to leave. this is a restaurant you dont want to miss. come here for a special occasion, and i guarantee youll be back on a regular basis to be spoiled with great food and excellent service.

I regret not being able to assign more than five stars to this establishment, as my date night experience here was truly exceptional. joshua, our server, exhibited profound expertise regarding the menu and provided service of the utmost excellence. the culinary offerings were delectable, elevating this venue beyond a mere restaurant to an indispensable experience for anyone in the sarasota area.

One of the best steakhouses in sarasota. the steaks are juicy, tender, and cooked perfect. add in an inviting atmosphere and friendly service and you have a place you do not want to miss.

We have now been to the rodizio a handful of times and have always left happy to have gone. the meats, especially the bacon-wrapped chicken and top sirloin, are very tasty, and there are plenty of other options to choose from the many carvers coming around the seating area. then there is the full salad bar and side-dish bar that offers ample delicious food. servers have always been great and attentive. the only downside is that it is a bit loud on occasion making it difficult to hear others at your table.

I was home on leave from the navy for the holiday and came to visit my parents in the area. they recommended we go to this restaurant because of their last experience a few weeks ago, even though our usual holiday dining is with fleming s or ruth chris. i was blown away and this is now our go to whenever i come back next time for a visit! we were greeted at the door by one of the management staff and carol, both were just the sweetest and carol was so attentive to us to make sure we had the perfect table and the best waiter, freddie. we got there early so we went to the bar for happy hour and jackson made some of the best drinks we had ever had! pictured is the tequila sunrise, the chocolate martini and the moscow mule. they even let us try their homemade blue cheese olives, delicious! they then carried our second round of drinks for us to the table where freddie and his assistant attended to our every need. they gave us a free prawn dish for each of us to try, the bread was phenomenal and the charcuterie board was to die for. we enjoyed the beautiful piano music by buddy while we ate our fantastic dinner, freddie ensured everything was just perfect and even did something special with the desserts to finish the dinner. i have never felt more like royalty at a restaurant and will for sure come back, as well my family and all the other people they tell about michael s on east. carol walked us out to the valet and gave us plenty of hugs, as did sonya who my parents met last time. overall, incredible service, atmosphere, and a welcoming environment that made everything feel like home.

First time at kore steakhouse in the lakewood ranch area which is about an hour away from us on anna maria island. a brand new area with beautiful new shops and areas to walk and sit at the water. we arrived to a really nice welcome by the front of house who showed us to our table right away. the style of the restaurant is modern upscale and stylish with each table having its own mini korean bbq in the middle of it. our waiter was wonderful, very knowledgeable and well prepared with answers for all of our questions, very professional indeed. we ordered one of their set menus which is excellent if you want a selection of most things on the menu. everything was delicious and attractive with each dish bright and vibrant. we had the steak menu which had 3 / 4 different types, all where amazing. we where very impressed with the restaurants mocktails some of the best we have tried in the area, definitely a must if your doing dry january. our whole night was awesome and a great experience definitely worth the hours drive for us. congratulations kore on such a beautiful restaurant.

We made reservations (4) here for dinner before attending the opera next door. this place has been numerous restaurants over the years and i think this one will stick! parked nearby in the palm ave garage. easy access to the restaurant. most of the on street parking in the area is limited to 2 hours and we were going to the opera afterward. we were warmly greeted and we opted to sit inside. the interior had a nice vide/ambiance and a small bar that seated 6-8. tableware was nice and the mood relaxing inside and not overly loud so easy to converse. tables were spaced a little close then we like but it did not cause a problem. the outside seating on the side looked great and well try it in the future (this would be a great spot for live music). small bar out there that seats 4 along with some couches. the street front parking would have been a little to close to traffic for us as the restaurant is looked at a busy intersection (albeit low moving traffic and next to the opera). theres also an upstairs with tables and a sushi prep area. our waiter was jordan. he was attentive and not overbearing. we were never rushed. he did a good job. service from all the staff was on point. good variety and selection on the menu on both food and cocktails. the place is billed as sushi, steaks and cocktails and that was consistent with what was offered. all the portions we got were good and we felt like we were dining and not there just to eat. theres no bread provided for the table which was fine by us. food came out promptly with good presentation and temperature. for appetizers the rock shrimp tempura, beef spring roll and guacamole/chips both had a excellent taste. shrimp had a little kick. spring was more fried with an excellent tasting filling. for mains one ordered the salmon and two of us split the sashimi for two. salmon was perfectly cooked and had a nice compliment of risotto. the sashimi had a nice variety but seemed a little light on the quantity of fish. what we got tasted very good. cocktails consisted of scooter on duty (coconut run base), mochatini (expresso base) and an old fashioned. scooter on duty was basically an old fashioned with rum and was very good. the mochatini was smooth and creamy. overall a great experience.

What a great experience. my husband and i went for our anniversary. to our surprise the staff had put rose petals on our table and a card signed by everyone. the food was fantastic, as always. but they really went above and beyond for our special day.

Lucked into getting a bar seat on valentines day, they were packed but running like a well oiled machine. the bar seat turned out to be a very pleasant seat in the bar area. our server was a little overwhelmed but still did a great job. our meal was excellent and the surprise anniversary treat which we just mentioned in passing was gorgeous and delicious

Really wonderful service & great food! rachel was extremely on point with our order & promptly excellent. everything was delicious from the salad to the french onion soup. the brussels sprouts are my favorite dish!

For a large party, at 8 pm, the food was beyond what i had expected for a chain steakhouse. the steak was cooked beautifully and the rest of the table enjoyed their food. however was somewhat displeased in being asked to have our party separated into two tables which we declined. they seemed busy so it was understandable.

Dinner lived up to the reviews! we had the oak salmon with shrimp which was perfectly done with a nice crust and the baked pork chop (cooked medium & juicy). ahi tuna as appetizer. attentive friendly service. nice kids menu options (cheeseburgers). highly recommended. addendum – we accidentally left a cellphone behind and were leaving the next day before they opened for dinner. drove by and got lucky, the executive chef was coming in early for work and was so helpful and friendly. he searched high & low and we eventually found our phone. would give this place a 10 out of 5 if i could for the meal & especially the special service we received from various staff. many thanks!

Such a fun experience at darumas. they cook in front of you and do a whole show, it was awesome. i love how they provide free tea & chocolates after your meal. we will definitely be back! kid-friendliness: this restarunt is 100% kid friendly. your children will love the show the cook puts on for you at the table! they have a great kids menu that s affordable as well.

The food here is amazing!! i think i could eat here every day for the rest of my life. for $23 i got 2 1/2 pieces of brisket, a corn muffin, roasted brussel sprouts and mac n cheese. my family loved their food as well. were all super stuffed.

Becoming my favorite spot mainly because of the portion sizes and prices. they get busy sometimes but the waiter is usually as attentive as they can be. foods always fresh and taste great when i go. they could use some more sauce options like lemon butter and chimichurri sauce but thats a personal opinion. kid-friendliness: i would definitely consider this a family restaurant…

We absolutely loved our experience at clasico italian chophouse. i specifically was hesitant to order the kale salad as it s always a risk for me to stray from the classics i know that i love, and i can be an extremely picky eater. our waiter said it was a good choice and i was excited to try. when it came, it was larger than i expected and absolutely delicious. it was packed with flavor, and the blackened chicken i added was an essential bonus. if i m ever back in sarasota i ll definitely be coming back here for this dish. my husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich as well, and was surprised at how much i verbalized loving the salad. thank you classico team for a great experience

Coming here regularly and always amazed at the food, always fresh and perfectly seasoned. today i had a standard caesar salad with grilled shrimp, my semi-healthy go-to, and it was exceptional. i would also highly recommend the staff meal , always amazing and reasonably priced.

We had the absolute best experience! bottomless mimosas and delicious food! i call that a perfect sunday brunch. alan and j.j., the staff, were so happy to celebrate us! this place made us truly feel like we were the only ones who mattered and provided the best service. the atmosphere is exactly what sarasota needs. this hidden gem will blow your tastebuds away and provide top notch service!
