It is restaurant week, so i had the lambchops. they were perfectly prepared! it came with my choice appetizer or dessert and my choice of soup or salad. i had the bread pudding. i think it was the best i have ever had, and i lived in new orleans for about 12 years! they are doing many things right here!

Anna k. truly made our 2ndc year wedding anniversary amazing. she is very passionate with service, made us smile and laugh, recommended the perfect pairing of wine with our steaks and on top of it all made us feel welcomed. thank you ruths chris for this experience and having exceptional people like anna join us for dinner. we will be back.

So, it took me like what seems forever to eat at this restaurant! i made a reservation and me and my friend went for lunch on a friday. just to note, they only do lunch on fridays. the whole experience was different from anything that i have ever experienced in a restaurant. so basically you there is a huge salad bar and then there side bar with other food options. the main course is the meat! i repeat the meat! a token is placed at your table and you can turn it up or down to let the server know that you want more meat or you dont. i had my token turned down, but meat just kept coming! i havent eaten that much meat in one setting in my entire life, but man it was delicious! they have a large variety of meats to choose from. they have several dessert options! the carrot cake is the bomb!! please note that the only food that you can take as carry out is the dessert. so go light on the salad and light on the other food so you can enjoy the meat selections! my server was magnificent! the atmosphere was beautiful and inviting! if you have not tried the texas de brazil experience, you are certainly missing out!

This place was amazing. we just gotten off a cruise with all the drinks and food we wanted. we found perrys on the way home. this was a really great place. the staff was awesome. the service was amazing. the food and drinks was absolutely the best ive had in my life. ive eaten at a lot of places. you must try this place. book a table ahead of time please and you will be in heaven.

From the beginning we had a wonderful time here. seated quickly, server was quick and very attentive, and the food. the food was absolutely fantastic. steak and shrimp cooked flawlessly, salad made with care, and the appetizer was great. definitely a good experience, and would recommend eating here to anyone who like a quality steak house at a decent price point.

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. the prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the food, and our server alex was wonderful. chicken breast, caesar salad, and chocolate torte were all delicious! they were extremely patient with our being late to our reservation. will definitely dine here again!

Went here for our 5th anniversary. ambiance and the experience were great. petit filet was scrumptious i suggest the calamari as the appetizer. wife loved it too. so nice!

Oak house is a great restaurant. i had the sea bass at it was fantastic. beautiful presentation and d delicious. we shared the nawlins shrimp again beautiful presentation and oh my soooo good. order extra bread to dip the sauce because it is so good. the waiter was very attractive and friendly. he also knew everything on the menu and could describe them to make you hungry.

Best breakfast we ve ever had!!!! we re from tampa, fl on a road trip and decided to make a quick pit stop and everyone of us said the same thing above! ava our waitress was very helpful .the biscuits and gravy was very unique but flavor out of this world! wife said the benny had the perfect poached egg on top off fall of the bone pulled pork!! awesome experience and a full stomach!!

We came a few months ago and did not have a reservation, but was able to sit at the bar. the bartender was very attentive and helpful with the menu, as well as patient with us. everyone at the bar was friendly and the bartender made sure everyone was taken care of and had a lot of laughs. the food was fresh, flavorful, very delicious, and the portions were a good size. i wish they opened for lunch or earlier in the day, but i will return.

Oh man i couldn t wait to review this place. we were driving through and saw they had 4.5 stars so we decided to try it. so worth it! anytime we drive through we will stop here! the food is spot on! i had the oxtail with rice and greens and corn bread. not everyone knows how to make oxtail right well they do so tender and flavored perfect! my husband has the neck bones cabbage corn and cornbread. his necks were also tender and flavored perfect, the corn was made like mama always made and the cabbage was perfect! all of food was so good! the only hard thing is going to be continuing to drive on this road trip with that food in our bellies, we are ready for a nap now! thank you for doing it right! oh and the staff working there was so friendly, you felt like you have known them forever!

This place is fire! the philly sandwiches are the best anywhere in this area, made like a true philly would be, and they do not skimp on the meat. the portions are huge. get a full sandwich and it s easily two meals. their sandwiches are fantastic as well, and they also make philly egg rolls which are pretty unique and very tasty! you can t go wrong here unless you wait until prime dinner hours to get there. everything is made to order so be prepared to wait for it. it s worth it! vegetarian options: any sandwich can be made into a salad or there are wrap options. parking: parking on the street during working hours must be paid for but is free after hours.

Great little spot for a nice quick meal! their price is just right and the food plenty! loved the mashed potatoes with the ribs and the pork chop is delicious. you can order ahead for takeout and they are fast!
