Listen, this place is absolutely delicious! the drake wings – sweet & spicy are amazing! the house salad with the homemade sauce was so creamy and had so much flavor! i will definitely be returning for the salad because it was so good! the service was as amazing! the atmosphere feels like home. it feels like you re will family & friends. the music was great and it was just perfect! easily, 10/10! thank me later!

Well be back! we came here for a date night and enjoyed the food. amaretto chicken was really unique. i loved it! the eggplant parmesan was great; the breading was crispy, eggplant not too firm or too squishy, and the toppings were proportional. desserts were yummy. i probably wouldnt get the minestrone soup again, though. i think the only thing lacking was more light. with the tables and booths dark-colored, the table couldve really used a small lamp or candle or something like that. parking: plenty of parking in the back; you can enter the restaurant from the back door or walk around to the front.

The food is good. i had the juicy fried chicken breast and my girl had the baked chicken. i had the sides mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. she had greens sweet potatoes. delicious. we ate outside and that was a good experience. my friend got the same thing to go. it s really good food and it made me happy. parking: safe.

I ve been wanting to try cathy s for awhile now, and today i finally made the drive from fairview heights that was well worth it. i intended to pay with cash, but i wasn t aware of their no cash policy. i explained to the employees that i drove pretty far and had exact change, and they were able to make the one time accommodation. i really appreciated this gesture since i had drove from pretty far. i ordered the chicken philly, steak philly, wings and gumbo combo, and banana pudding cake. the philly s were two of the best that i ve ever had. i loved the addition of the giardiniera peppers; they added a really good taste, with a slight kick and crunch to the sandwiches. the fried chicken was perfectly crunchy and seasoned; the gumbo was not like any gumbo i ve ever tasted, but i enjoyed it and would order it again! lastly, the banana pudding cake was moist, creamy, and the perfect way to end a memorable lunch. i will definitely be back to cathy s kitchen very soon. thank you for the stellar customer service and tasty food!

As a visiting memphian, i can admit that i was headed to patronize another black owned restaurant, smelled the bbq coming from this place, and i had to turn around. least to say, i am so glad that i did! the man at the counter was friendly & the food was scrumptious! my friend is an even bigger critic of food and die hard memphis bbq defender and even he had a hard time saying anything bad about the tips, beans, or potato salad! you do pay a pretty penny & i could ve done with maybe half the portion of rib tips but if your belly can hold a lot at once, it s well worth it!

This place is absolutely delicious! first time here and i was recommended the pork chops and they were just phenomenal, perfect seasoning and breading, served with grits, over easy eggs and 2 pancakes, all just as delicious or should i say elicious! service was so sweet and efficient and the ambience is laid back and comfortable, with a 50 s/60 s feel, cool music and decorated so cute and clean. i cannot wait to be back in this neighborhood to try the chicken wings and waffles or the shrimp and grits, both look so good! stop by and visit them, you will not leave disappointed!

The best pizza in north county! very nice family oriented establishment. they recognize my voice when i call and know my order. i order this pizza for all my out of town guests! they love it!

I have heard numerous praise about this restaurant and it s very well warranted! i absolutely love how cheap he food was! the wings aren t that big but the quality is amazing! the garlic wings are so good and fried in perfection..not too oily or overbearing. i really love the french fries as well! dine in is very limited ,it s more of a to-go place..good customer service!

Ive been going here since they opened and theyve never disappointed me. the chicken and the home style fries are always fresh and hot and the just sauce is on point. if youre in the area, its definitely work stopping by.

Had the best subway sandwiches of our lives from this shop today. the employee with the fun rainbow hair was so kind and made delicious sandwiches!!! i ordered on the app and had some trouble with some items not being available and the employee helped solve those issues as well. the staff here are always so friendly and they do such a good job!
