It was such a nice experience! our server, talia? please forgive me me if i missed your name, but you were an amazing server!!! it s so refreshing to have a great experience with a server who genuinely seems to enjoy their work, especially being a server myself. the head chef, norm, even came to visit us and was also extremely nice! but please give some credit to our server, she truly was great!! thank you! i should mention that the food was delicious and filets were cooked beautifully! :)

Food is always excellent. steaks are high quality. sides are delicious. portions are big. prices are very reasonable. we were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated fairly quickly. davon was our server and he was fantastic. super sweet and explained a few menu items i had questions about. overall fantastic experience ~ i will definitely come back

What a fantastic experience! we had the tomahawk steak. it was unbelievably tender and delicious. i cant remember the last time i had a steak that good. the service was top notch – they really take good care of you without being hovered over. the sangria was great! try this place the next time you get a craving for beef. you wont be disappointed!

I never leave reviews but out server bailey was fantastic! i managed for bloomin brands for years and she was just phenomenal! she answered all of our questions, had a great personality and went above and beyond. will definitely ask for her next time we come back. thanks so much bailey

Food was really good and the service was great! please ask for jenn! she was our waitress and she definitely has what it takes for us to drive an hour away, again! she made sure our steaks were at the temps we asked for, were never without beverages and all our dining needs were met.

The food is good, the prices are reasonable, the chef we had was amazing. we went there twice so far, both times for birthdays. the chef was wonderful with the kids. we have allergies in our family and they were very attentive. the salad, the soup, and the main entree were not too salty, and full of flavor. dietary restrictions: accommodated our allergies to egg, dairy, fish, and nuts. kid-friendliness: weve been there twice for kids birthdays, a 12-year-old birthday, and another 12-year-olds birthday. as a family birthday party.

Stopped in last night for an early dinner after dropping off a friend at the airport. very convenient location. big parking lot and easy to get to. very nice hostesses greet you upon arrival and we were seated quickly with an opentable reservation. upscale steakhouse but not too fancy and probably a good steakhouse to bring the family and kids. i wouldnt rank it high on on the list for a date night location. lighting a little too bright but as the night went on the lights dimmed and became a little more cozy. price is very reasonable. nice bar with a good selection of cocktails, beers and wines. we had excellent service. the lobster and crab bisque was delicious. i got a new york strip and my wife got the grouper. everything was great.

First time here and glad we went, mummas bday and she wanted a good burger and we found it! really delicious burger cooked perfectly med rare and fries nice n crispy! 3 of us had burgers and all enjoyed them very much! pops had the mac n cheese and a baked potato and said they were very delicious! service was awesome thanks jon! we of course had to have the captains jacks cake too for her bday, that was so delicious, didnt get a pic of that but it was amazing. loved the outdoor bar area and they had the fireplace on so nice and cozy on the chilly day! was impressed and will def go back!!

Wow, what an incredible experience. being from new orleans and having worked as a waiter for many years, i appreciate good and professional service. our waiter had been there for over thirty years and was absolutely amazing! we had several dishes prepared tableside, and the show was perfect for each. the stakes were very good quality and cooked exactly minimum rare! the wine selection is amazing and at reasonable prices. after. reading the history of the house, it became a very immersive experience.

Came on valentine s day and it was busy busy. we were sat within 15 minutes of our reservation time which was better than i expected. the service was amazing, we had our main server plus several others who walk around and just make sure you have everything you need. all of the meats were so good! the dessert though! the bread pudding and raspberry ice cream were so tasty! love this place for a special occasion as it is pricey!

We had a great time! at first we put our name in for 7:45 pm but waited 50 minutes until we were seated but because of this they let us have a dessert for free. i ordered a full rack of ribs but it had some fat on it (quite a bit) but the kind and caring manager joanna took the meal off of the bill. our server dominic was outstanding!! this situation and things that happened could have turned into a horrible time but because of the awesome manager joanna and the terrific waiter dominic, the whole experience was changed from an upsetting one to an excellent one!! thank you so much to joanna and dominic!! your hard work does not go unnoticed!! you guys rock!! we will be back! thank you guys!! vegetarian options: are included. dietary restrictions: i asked for my ceasar salad without any sea food and dominic kindly asked if i have a seafood allergy to which i replied no i just dont like it lol so yes they are excellent with dietary restrictions. parking: we went on a busy day so its not surprising that it was hard to find. no ones fault. kid-friendliness: yes they are kid friendly. wheelchair accessibility: perfectly ada complient.

Our family of 8 ate there last week. the food was so good- service was slow but it looked like there was only one bartender/server & they got literally 5 tables back to back. we enjoyed it. definitely recommend it!

I loved my experience. they quoted us a 45 minute wait time on a saturday around 6pm. they had us seated in 25 minutes. the food was delicious. my drink was never empty they kept it full. i would definitely go again

Wow, wow, wow!! new date night spot found! from start to finish everything was wonderful. dined on a thursday evening without a reservation, there was no wait. they have a great wine list and a great balance of italian dishes and some wonderful steak selections. we started with shrimp cocktail, which i did not take a picture of but, it was absolutely delicious, great presentation. it is a little on the pricey side, but the quality of the food is worth it. probably the best chicken marsala i have ever had. i prefer it with mashed potatoes and not pasta, that was easily accommodated. they only offer salmon piccata on the menu, but they accommodated my significant others request for chicken instead. service was great, atmosphere was wonderful. we cannot wait to come back.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! i like the way that they can text you when your table is ready. and for those carnivores out there, you can just order a delicious steak. the zinger mountain melt was good. big enough for 3-4 people!

We had dinner at harold s for the first time and were thrilled with the experience. the service by chris and others was excellent and the food was a culinary delight. harold stopped by the table when he saw the expression on my face from one of my first bites. he expressed how happy it made him to see guests enjoying experience. i highly recommend for anyone to try it.

Absolutely delicious.. first time coming here and was not disappointed. my son got the seafood broil and added an extra lobster i got both eel and spicy salmon rolls and the steak and calamari hibachi. portions were definitely bigger than expected. we will definitely be back again.

My wife s favorite italian restaurant recently closed their doors, so i decided to give terra nostra a try to celebrate her birthday. well let s just say, she was happy, and we were so full we had to go for a walk around target just to digest the food afterwards. we each had our own appetizer, our own main course, and our own dessert, and everything was amazing from beginning to end. the only part that was kind of a let down, was how loud of an atmosphere it was. i really don t think there is much to do about that just based off of the restaurant design, but it will never stop us from going back in the future. our waitress was a rock star as well!

Absolutely love this place!! the food is great and the service is always amazing. i enjoy sitting at the bar and having brian take care of me because he goes above and beyond with service and the conversation is always interesting. i love the selection and the atmosphere of the place. definitely a must try if you haven t been yet

The food is amazing. i highly recommend the pretzels with beer cheese. i got the high octane burger medium, but substituted the brioche bun for the pretzel bun, added bacon, and removed the jalapenos (for my stomach). the burger had very fresh ingredients and the chipotle ketchup tasted amazing, creating a very rich and cohesive flavour. our server (i think his name was michael) was very nice and when we did not receive one of our items in a timely manner, it was comped. he seemed like he had a lot on his hands to deal with. excellent service all around.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality, because many waterfront restaurants get away with serving mediocre meals. i had a white fish with parmesan risotto and green beans all delicious! the bartender also made a great old fashioned. the waterfront views and walkable area are also extraordinary. make a reservation and make sure to specify – in advance – if you want to be seated outside. enjoy!

Madison was our server and did a great job. she was friendly and attentive. philly & cheese – excellent!!!! the chips w/guacamole, spinach dip & queso – very good. we shared since we were heading to the airport. picture shows half a sandwich. the coffee was also freshly made and was perfect!! kid-friendliness: kid choices on the menu.
