Many thanks to the staff for making our family evening lovely. the food was fantastic and our waitress was so much fun and even appreciate my nerd man drawing that i created for a laugh w the kids. highly recommend this place for families and thank you to our waitress for her attention to detail and for making a family gathering memorable.

We dined for our anniversary on 2/17/24, for the first time. it was amazing! the food, service and ambiance were perfect. chef jon and server mike were top notch and we enjoyed meeting jon at the end of our meal. we will definitely return!

All around wonderful dining experience. the food was tasty and both my guest and i were pleased with our selections. we both had the rum glazed shrimp and the berry cake dessert, and we walked away satisfied and happy. our server was melanie and she was very attentive and helpful. i was in town visiting and i hope one day i can come back.

Beautiful place! the dining experience as a whole was very well rounded. great wine selections to pair with the food. i had their soup of the day (butternut squash), vegan dish with wild mushrooms, and finished with their house made vanilla ice cream and a shot of espresso. my husband had their raspberry dessert which is in the picture. the only picture i took. so happy i was able to join.

My husband and i went for valentines dinner at the speak easy. the atmosphere was refined, sophisticated and extra romantic. everyone was smiling and friendly and all the female patrons were given a red rose. i had the sea bass and my husband had the new york strip. both meals were very satisfying though we did save room for desert- creme brulee and cheese cake which tasted as if they were homemade. we can t wait to go back again and to try the diner (breakfast/lunch) side soon.

Went here for the 1st time while on vacation. it was an excellent dinner. one of the best experiences ive had in my life. the ambiance of the place was cool. shelby was a wonderful waitress. she had a great attitude and checked in regularly. the calamari was the best ive ever had. with the sweet and sour sauce and ranch (at least i think it was ranch) drizzle, it really shined. i also had shrimp and grits, which was great as well. i would highly recommend eating here if youve never tried it.

We were a party of 18 and in a private dining room with another large group. it was quite noisy with two large groups in the same room but they finished up and left so we had the room to ourselves. our server was excellent. i had the seared rib eye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. it was excellent. i also had a chocolate dessert! parking: there is a parking garage out back but we snagged an on street parking spot right out front.

This is a childhood favorite!! my grandfather took me here as a little girl and i m now 34!! this is a small hometown family owned breakfast spot. it s little but has big personality! you sit at picnic bench style tables which you might share with other guests. the food is always excellent and worth the wait! we went at 11:30 on sunday and it was fully packed. they close at 12 but we were still able to get in. my all time favorite is the #13!! 2 eggs over medium cottage fries country fried steak and a biscuit and add a side of the sausage gravy!! everything here is excellent! this is a local favorite for the whole family! remember to bring your cash as it is a cash only business!

I recently visited deans south of the border and had an wonderful experience. this place offers an outdoor dining experience that truly stands out! first and foremost, i ordered the sizzling shrimp fajitas, and they did not disappoint. considering its a bar, the quality of the food was surprisingly good. the taste was on point, and i was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size. my plate was loaded with shrimp, onions, peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, rice, and more. every element was flavorful and well-prepared. however, not everything at our table was a hit. my friends ordered the french dip and the patty melt, but unfortunately, the meat on both sandwiches was very rare, to the point where they couldnt finish their meals. this was a bit disappointing, but it didnt overshadow the positive aspects of our visit. now, let me highlight the true gem of our late afternoon experience – the live band, the flying doritos! the music was good and the singer was exceptional and had us all engaged, especially when he opened with a lynyrd skynyrd song that sounded incredibly authentic. it added an electrifying atmosphere to our dining experience and left us thoroughly entertained. in summary, deans south of the border delivered on my expectations. the food and the drinks were good overall, the outdoor atmosphere was fantastic, and the live music by the flying doritos was the icing on the cake. if youre looking for a place that offers both a delightful dining experience and live entertainment, this is the spot to be. ill definitely be coming back for more! p.s. my plates were loaded high with food when they arrived at the table, but i was enjoying myself too much to remember to take a picture before i dug in. sorry for not getting a pic when they were initially delivered, but trust me they were loaded.

Great locally run business with ample servings for reasonable prices. daily specials include soup and dessert. very busy but adequate, hardworking staff made for a short wait on our meal. the plate of open faced roast beef and mashed potatoes was huge and delicious! will be going here more often since we ve discovered this hidden gem!

I had the most delightful lunch experience with two friends at harpoon harrys! we were fortunate enough to snag a table right on the ledge overlooking the water, and it was an absolute treat. the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. i decided to try the surf and turf, and in bar food terms, it is a cheeseburger with three pieces of blackened shrimp on top – a unique combination that surprisingly worked wonders! the burger itself was tender and bursting with flavor, while the blackened shrimp was a delicious twist (i ate them separately btw lol). for my side, i opted for the coleslaw instead of the traditional french fries, and i was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. my one friend had the grouper, the other had a reuben sandwich and they both said their meal was delicious. the whole meal was a delightful culinary adventure. what truly sets harpoon harrys apart is the breathtaking view of the river. it adds an undeniable charm to the place that makes the dining experience even more special. i highly recommend harpoon harrys to anyone looking for a good meal with a view thats hard to beat. its an unforgettable experience that i cant wait to repeat! i am sorry i forgot to take a picture of the food when it came to the table, but please take a peek at the menu i have provided. cheers everyone!

All the dinners were wonderful. i had the salmon and my husband had the pork chops. the server, kennedy, provided exceptional service. the whole party raved about their meals at the end of the celebration. we ll definitely be back.

Beautiful view! even on a chilly rainy day, the patio was perfect for dining. fantastic food. we were very pleased with the crab artichoke dip and coconut shrimp appetizers. drinks were not the best i ever had, but still enjoyable. i would definitely recommend to others.

I love that they made a golden corral on the west coast of florida. we used to have a lot of them on the east coast, so its great to see one on the west coast doing so well. it was a full house when i walked in, and everybody looked like they were enjoying their lunch. big shot out to the cooks. the food bar looks amazing. i would definitely recommend it to the community out there because it is the senior city community so i know they will be very satisfied with the buffet. if you enjoyed my review you know what to do. parking: plenty of parking kid-friendliness: family friendly wheelchair accessibility: no problem, they got you covered.

I was there for new years eve. it was very busy but the waiters took there time to allow you to check out the menu and give suggestions, and recommendations for appetizers, and specials. it is a great looking old but very nicely remodeled with multiple rooms. great looking bar and patios. the appetizers are large and delicious. great meatballs. the food we had was extremely delicious and tasty. the osobuco was tender, and delicious. the same could be said for the veal marsala. their bread and pasta where also very good. it was an excellent choice. we didnt have room for their awesome deserts. i would highly recommend this restaurant for a great authentic italian meal.

I ve always had such a great experience here! the staff are the heart and soul of this place theyre incredibly friendly and welcoming, easily the best in a 20-mile radius. now, about the drinks youre in for a treat! they serve them just right, making sure you get a great deal for what you pay. its a refreshing change from other places around town. and the food simply delicious! if youre not super hungry, check out the kids menu. the kids fish and chips and kids chicken strips are a steal at $11 each. definitely add a side of curry for an extra $3 its a small addition that makes a big difference. its all about enjoying good food in a great atmosphere!

Leroys has been a staple for many years here now. dont expect to walk in and sit down immediately, in season. this place is packed during prime hours. get a smokey old fashioned… sit outside and people watch while you wait for a table. the food has always been great…. burgers, pulled pork, fried chicken, bone marrow. we even had a blackened snapper one visit that was delicious…. and im picky with my fish from restaurants since i catch my own and cook them fresh! great live music here some nights as well. definitely stop in if you havent already!

Great german restaurant. food and service were delicious and timely. they have a lunch buffet with different things wednesday to friday. lots of beer choices. food : 5/5

The food was delicious and hot. great customer service. the only complaint that would have is that my mother is in a wheelchair and the only seating that could accommodate her was outside, and the day we were there, it was 98 degrees. all the tables inside the restaurant are high tops. unfortunately, our server didnt offer to move a table inside for us, and we didnt ask just a little frustrating.

Obviously the views are great. well-designed rooftop bar with places you can get out of the wind. easy access with no reservations required.

Our friends treated us for my wifes birthday and we loved it. we did an array of small plates. our favorite by far was the polpo ortigia (octopus)….. absolutely delicious. our least favorite was the valdostana di pollo (chicken)…. it was very undercooked even tho the outside was very crisp. the service was fantastic. im just worried how this will work out during the heat of summer. all in all a very nice addition to downtown pg.

Arbys is my go-to for quick bites done right. their roast beef sandwiches hit the spot every time, and the fries and shakes are top-notch! great food and friendly staff make every visit a treat!

Had lunch here. everything was delicious and very fresh. the service was wonderful. highly recommend the miso soup, it s a cut above the rest & super flavorful. tastes homemade. i also enjoyed the sushi and roll lunch combo (see photo) all of that delicious fresh sushi, dumplings & soup for $15. my friend had lunch portion of chicken teriyaki, it was also a large portion. i also really enjoyed the coconut water. highly recommend!

When we arrived, there was a hostess stand outside with the menu posted. the prices were reasonable and the choices were good. we were told the wait would be 30 mins. the place was packed. we decided to wait. it was a 90th birthday celebration for my uncle. some chairs were available at the bar so we grabbed some seats and some bar patrons offered to move over so we could sit together at the bar. when they found it my uncles 90th the customers bought him a drink. it made his night. we were sat about the time quoted. luis r was our waiter. he was terrific and made the night really fun. he knew the menu well and gave mouth-watering descriptions of the menu items. he was efficient and smiling and funny. i couldnt have wish the night to go any better and then luis r brought my uncle another drink a different customer bought for him. my uncle was grinning ear to ear. we all had a wonderful night with delicious food. we definitely will return.

Great view of the water, great food and the best live entertainment! our family really enjoyed dinner tonight at village brewhouse. they have something for everyone. we especially enjoyed the live music and my daughters (ages 6-11) even requested a song. i loved the beautiful view of the water and ships in the distance. so glad we found this place on our way home from a day trip visiting friends.
