Posting as a local, so i love food and steakhouses are amazing especially charlies they dont disappoint that is for sure but it can get well costly but if you sign up for their emails they do what is called the cut of the week which i happen to run into while doing a little staycation at the gsr. a whole course with wine pairing for $65 yes please! aside from everything being mmm delicious, its the best bang for this buck also specific services/ restaurants and vendors do a %20 locals discount with your players card and id. for those who didnt already know oh p.s. there was a jalapeno corn bread in the bread basket that was soooo yummy

Celebrated my six year wedding anniversary. we have been here before on our first wedding. it was. great experience then and it did not disappoint the second time around at all. the food was delicious. but the service was even better. ps try the onion soup, you will not be disappointed. food

We really enjoyed our time at this steak house. service was excellent, full bar nice wine list, quiet atmosphere with pleasant music playing. food was delicious. parking: lots of parking available. wheelchair accessibility: lots of blue placard spaces.

This is a fine dining restaurant and it definitely feels like it! we stopped by just for dinner, no special occasion, and after being seated felt like we were way underdressed for such a lovely establishment. regardless of our casual dress, we were served and still treated very kindly by staff. we ordered a bottle of wine and our server was able to recommend a novice, sweet wine for our table of 3. he let us sample the wine before committing and we really appreciated that! a soup or salad was part of the special and my cousin and mom said the salad was the best salad they had ever had. all 3 of us decided to order the special that day which was a steak with 3 large prawns and veggie sides. the prawns were the biggest i ever seen and there was no way for me to finish the steak we ordered- i took it home and had 2 meals out of it! we didnt order dessert but i thought the little coffee cake to go was such a sweet touch. we had an amazing experience and would love to go again.

Update (11-19-23)this is my second time eatting here since it opened . man what a great steakhouse. great food great customer service. what else can you ask for. every bite i had was amazing! it was my wifes birthday and i told the waitress that id buy dessert if they bring it out to her. they did perfect and they ended up not charging us for it. bomb bomb 5 star all day long. the only thing i didnt review is the alcohol. we dont drink so we never had any wine or mixed drinks. wheelchair accessibility: plenty of handicap access around the whole building.

It was our first time visiting the restaurant. my husband and i were extremely impressed! shaw, our waitress was phenomenal! she was attentive, kind and thoughtful! we were celebrating our anniversary and shaw made sure to pull out all the stops! the food was amazing!!! and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Had an absolutely incredible meal here with some friends. everything we ordered was on point with bold flavors and great execution. we had multiple appetizers and all four entrees were amazing. i could not recommend a restaurant more. by far the best food in reno, and best upscale restaurant. the woman who took our drink order before we were sat at our table was a little rude but i would gladly come back.

Duncan and kirsten were amazing! came here for my partners birthday and we had the best service and time. the server was very nice and timely with getting our drinks. duncan the chef was hilarious and made the whole meal a great time. we loved our time and can not wait to come back. thank you two for creating a great atmosphere for dinner.
