Great food, great ambiance, and there were christmas carolers while we were there. so cute!

Went to haystacks to get dessert after eating lunch. they offered something called state fair waffle that wasnt even on the menu! the sweet server we had suggested it, and it was so delicious and had the best flavors! lots of cinnamon and caramel, and i think toffee ice cream on top! im posting a pic for everyone to see. my hubby got the key lime pie, which he said tasted better than most other ones hes tried. cute little place to stop in if you are walking down the streets and sightseeing at sulphur springs like we were and want a specialty coffee, a yummy treat or even lunch!

This is a special fantastic restaurant! everything is always delicious and the service is always top notch, they are very friendly and inviting. the atmosphere is great too! we love it for family dinners and my husband and i frequent it for date nights. wheelchair accessibility: i am a person with multiple sclerosis and have to use a walker or wheelchair and they make it easy for me to do so in their lovely restaurant

One of the best barbecue places without doubt! i ve always come across amazing barbecue restaurants in the small towns of texas. slaughter s used to be a food truck and have recently moved into this new place. the ambience is perfect with indoor and outdoor seating options. friendly service with a smile. the owner was behind the counter which speaks to the quality of food and service. you place the order, pay and pick up your tray. they offered a free beer for each order too, which was a cool deal. now for the food – the brisket was amazing. the grits are legit. my most favorite was the jalapeno salad. the barbecue sauce was good but i highly recommend their bbq mustard sauce. reasonably priced for some real good food. will i return? : for sure!

Colten was our server today, and he was amazing! super friendly, and he was clearly having a great time, which just makes it way better for everyone else. we had a great time, he was great talking with everyone, especially my younger brother. he was very efficient, especially for someone who just started 4 days ago. mainly writing this review for him, he did a great job. hopefully he does well here and i hope to see him again next time :)

This was our first time eating here. new to the area, and some locals told us to try it out. this place did not disappoint… the food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. its definitely our new go-to spot.

We had a great evening meal! we were greeted cheerfully and given exceptional service with smiles and enthusiasm we will definitely make our way back here. the 3 young men working here were so very helpful and patient! thank you for a great meal and great service!! kids got a kick out of the free ice cream cones and ringing the bell on the way out! best service today!

We walked in and were greeted as soon as we came to the door. place was clean and neat. all staff members kept busy. which is good to see. the floor was being swept, picking up what little debris there might be on the floors. we also noticed the manager coming out frequently and touching base with the people at the registers, which we thought , was very well-managed. and something that is good to see.

I am not a fan of bbq. i grew up this way my whole life. very seldomly do i ever want to eat it. happened to have a craving for some and decided on this place. i absolutely loved it anytime i get a craving, this is the place i go~ staff is super friendly, food is on point, worth the visit especially if you happen to enjoy southern comfort food.

The fajita asada plate to go was good; it just needed a little more juice in it. the beans were delicious, the rice had the right texture to it. the vegetables were fresh. the tortillas felt like they were store bought, but ok. the chips and salsa was great. clean place and great service. for $10 it s overall great.

Great restaurant and atmosphere, awesome staff, and delicious food. what more could you ask for. i had the pioneer fries and it was hot and very delicious, so delicious in fact i went to walmart so i could try and copy the recipe. this has become my new to-go place for food in sulphur springs. the only thing that threw me off is they told me to seat myself haha

Beautiful smiling faces, the atmosphere, friendly, and really fast paced. no wait here for how super busy it was. also a big shout out to the lobby host. she was absolutely a beautiful soul and she made sure things were perfect in every aspect. for privacy of others, this wonderful lady was miss l.

I read the reviews and decided to try it! im from another state with a large hispanic population and have eaten a lot authentic hispanic food. i was very impressed with the quality! the catfish was amazing!! theres a lot of variety. and the horchata is homemade and delicious!! i took some to go even! the owners are the cooks and staff and very friendly! when i walked in she asked what kind of tortilla i wanted, then she went and made them right there and brought them to my table! i wish that i lived closer!! dont let the outside fool you! or the fact thats buffet style. go, its worth it!!

I order here from time to time, always great value and service. love the new microwave safe container for reheating. i d throw the garlic bread in the spaghetti and no box, with utensils in the bag. i don t understand why you have paper underneath or why the sauce is mixed in and not on top? dry, new cook?

Love their flatbread pizza! and all the staff were super gracious and friendly with lovely smiles on their faces. and who wouldnt love their bogo pizzas on wednesdays!
