We have been coming to cb for over 20 years now and have never ate here until now – and i could kick myself for that! it was sooooo delicious and very affordable – with the early bird special (3-5pm) – we enjoyed it so much that we came back 2 days in a row! the service was top notch both times too! the food came out at super warp speed!! definitely a good place to go if in a hurry! the broccoli casserole, scalloped potatoes, green beans, and the bacon cheddar ranch potatoes were the greatest food i ve ever ate !! and the chopped steak with gravy and onions was so good that we ordered it both days. i can t believe we come to the beach and get better (and authentic) home cooking food than where we live in appalachia of wv! highly recommend this place to any tourists if you haven t been! you will not be disappointed. if we lived here , i swear we would eat here everyday i m sure ! where else can you have a complete meal- with drink and bread for only $7.99?! i m already looking forward to eating here next beach trip! a+++ all the way!! this place has it all- cleanliness, friendly and attentive staff and yummiest food you ll ever have !

Its fantastic! a bit of an overwhelming variety of burgers on the menu, but theyre all great choices. we kept it simple and loved our burgers and fries / onion rings, both are delicious. if youre in the mood for a burger, youve gotta try it!

Date night we decided to go to outback. it was very busy. but we were able to get a sit at the bar. we ordered the ribeye with coconut shrimp and asparagus. and the blooming fried shrimp and a side salad. the food was delicious, the beer was cold and the atmosphere had a great vibe.

The food was great and servers were all very friendly!! i walked out full and satisfied! it was my birthday dinner and got a free sunday which was incredible

My next door neighbor mentioned this place several times to me stating its one of her favorite places. my husband and i decided to try it out, as we were in the area. it was an early dinner and we sat at the bar. i liked the ambiance of the place, casual and comfortable looking. he ordered the fish and chip with coleslaw. i order the jumbo lump crab cakes (i think it was their special of the night menu). being from maryland, im always on the lookout for some good crab cakes. unfortunately, this was a big miss. there was absolutely no lump crab in the cake. it looked nothing like the crab cake in the photo that lisa b. reviewed back on on september 25, 2017: or in the photo that delia v. reviewed on feb 16, 2020. i was so disappointed, but more importantly, the menu stated lump and there was none. they were two small hockey pucks filled with white crab meat and a lot of filler. and it was pricey for what i got. other items on the menu were reasonably priced. my husband had the fish and chips, but opted for the coleslaw instead of the chips, along with dirty rice. i had a taste of all and they were very good. nice batter on the fish and thick/big portions. there were other items on the menu that sounded interesting, so well be back. i just will skip any crab cake there. lastly, service was very good by kat. update: four of us had dinner last night (14 november 2023). dan, the general manager, invited my husband and me to try this place again to make up for my disappointment of crab cakes i had on my first visit. i ordered the salmon florentine risotto special of the evening which included tomatoes, spinach and onions. the salmon was so tender and light, definitely not overcooked. the risotto didnt have a heavy cream sauce, which i appreciated. and just enough parmesan cheese to not overwhelm the salmon. my husband had the hanks moms meatloaf, along with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts with bacon. he loved it all. the meatloaf, three slices, came with a side of gravy. my friends meals were very good also (henrys amazing noodles; and a salad with blackened shrimp). dan really stepped up to the plate to make up for our first visit. thank you dan! even the chef came out and asked how we liked our meals. everything was great. our waitress was nancy who provided great service. on our next visit, i want to try the shrimp and grits or the parmesan-crusted chicken or the grilled flank steak or…..

Great place to have lunch after golf. aubrey is a fantastic hostess/server who treats us like family. food is always good; regardless of what you order. they serve breakfast as well, so you can pass a frost delay in style!!!

British hubby finally got his properly poured guinness. don t go anywhere else for a pint! fries also done to british standard, boiled then fried for a soft meaty center. guinness pie & cottage pie good but heavy on the mash. you might want to opt for the puff pastry crust.

This is my second time coming and the food was still amazing. i had the shrimp scampi and my husband had the shrimp risotto special and the flavor was great! amelia was a very kind and attentive server. make a reservation because they do fill up! also, the blackberry lemonade was so yummy.

Probably one of the best meals we ve ever had! my husband and i went for the first time for my birthday and wow, we loved everything we ordered. i had the beef rib bolognese and coming from an italian influenced country i felt just like home. my husband had the smoked pork chops and he said it was the best pork chops he ever had (and he s been in multiple amazing restaurants around the country). we definitely want to go back! we super recommend their bread and butter to wait for the food.
