The setting, a huge old bank, is beautiful and expansive with high ceilings and basement that still has the vault where seating is available. they were very busy the night we were there, but was amazed at how they can serve so many with great food so fast with great service. the new york strip and filet mignon we had were tasty and cooked exactly to our preference. the lobster mac and cheese was awesome. they served our sides directly to our plates which added a nice touch. for desert, at least try the butter cake. i ordered it for something simple than what i would usually order and nicely surprised by the warm butter cake. it was a hit in our party over the cheesecake and mousse that were also very good.

The food here is impeccable. i got the surf and turf and the steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. the peanut butter and chocolate tart with ice cream is to die for. the staff was very attentive .we never had to ask for a refill, and they went as far as getting crumbs off of the table as soon as they saw them. the ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful. this is a dining experience you must try at least once. reservations suggested. it was pricey but totally worth every penny. you have to try it!

My sis loves the popover from here so i decided to bring her here to celebrate her birthday. our waiter sam was amazing. he was so friendly and attentive. we came to a steakhouse but we did not order steak. we wanted seafood so we got the crab cakes and scallops for appetizers. then for our entree we went with the chilean sea bass. and for dessert we went with the banana pudding creme brulee. that scallop was cooked perfectly and the size of it was definitely worth the money. this was only my 2nd time here and i will definitely be coming back soon to celebrate my husband birthday since he loves scallops. the only down side of it was looking for parking was quite a challenge even on a thursday night we had trouble finding parking. there is a parking lot around the corner inside a small street. so that s an option in case for those who can t find parking

Absolutely amazing experience dining here. great for a special occasion. i loved the intimate vibe with unique, library-inspired design. service was excellent, our waitress was very knowledgeable on every item on the menu! food and cocktails were amazing of course. the sundae on the dessert menu blew us away and was the thanksgiving table topic the following weekend. 10/10!

I would definitely come back. their happy hour menu is excellent and the hours are very good over the weekend. food: good. i had high expectations. so the food was good. the empanadas and the ceviche were excellent. highly recommended! drinks: good. their happy hour wine is perfect. service: good. i had much more fun sitting at the bar stools than in the dining area. we felt a bit ignored at times. overall: i would come back.

I d give this place a 5+ if i could. was lucky enough to experience breakfast, lunch and dinner and was impressed each time. service was good; the food was exceptional!!! the pomegranate-ginger oysters were quite incredible; probably won t find them anywhere else in the world. the pan roasted pork belly was amazing, my second favorite. presentation for each dish was unique and full of character. cool place all the way!

The atmosphere set the tone for what became a most enjoyable dining experience. the stylish black dining room decor with gold trim was elegant. art deco accents added an exclamation point to the beautifully appointed interior. the rat pack stylized music brought the entire package together. the service was friendly, attentive and professional. the food was very good. the rittenhouse cut prime rib was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. the 16 oz. ribeye was tender, juicy and seasoned just right. the sides were good compliments but portion sizes were smaller than similar steakhouses in the area at the same price point. our wine the franc a california cab franc was good but served above ideal temperature. the wine selection was not extensive with only a handful of selections per region. overall though a fine dining experience.

Food, atmosphere, service was awesome. went twice and both times was great. this last time my husband took me and my stepdaughter for my birthday and she loved it also (she s 10) the only question is seating i see some people get afforded the opportunity of private seating, i ll see next time is that something i can request before hand.

Had an amazing experience at the bar area – the staff were attentive and treated me and my friends very kindly despite how rambunctious and ridiculous we are. the food was great, and we loved having paulo! he made sure we ate good, drank good, and had an amazing experience.

We have been to the capital grille several times, our best experience yet was tonight with our server rene condo! he was absolutely amazing, he gave us multiple suggestions throughout the menu, recommended my new favorite drink, and overall provided us with excellent service. he even ensured i got a good video of him pouring our drinks! thank you for the excellent service, if you are interested in going i highly recommend asking for rene by name!

I love this restaurant! the food is so delicious and to top it off, its unlimited which is great. definitely goo quality food. the pineapple blew me away. i never had that before until i went to this restaurant. the drinks are really good as well. honestly, i have no complaints with the restaurant. i highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely outstanding. bryce was our server and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. i had the espresso martini and my boyfriend had the prime manhattan and they were both delicious. the calamari and french onion soup were to die for, we kept talking about how amazing they were. the entrees were the icing on the cake, both the steak and lobster linguine melted in your mouth. to finish, the champagne and butter cake were exquisite. overall, one of the best meals we have had.

Headed to south philly on a friday evening to try out saloon and had a fantastic experience. the dinner in every area was above and beyond, from the atmosphere, to service, to options, and food. everything we tried was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout. prices are high, but we left with enough food for 2 more meals in leftovers so i felt less concerned about the cost. highly, highly recommend.

It was my first time trying this spot for restaurant week. the staff was very polite and attentive. they knew their stuff and were helpful with recommendations. the cheddar stuffed pretzel bread was so soft and good, i think they make their own mustard and cheese, but it was good. the braised short rib cavetelli and nashville hot fried game hen was delicious. everything was delicious and mouth watering. the drinks alcoholic and lavender lemonade mocktail were so good.

1. greeting was great, honored reservation time. 2. seating arrangement was perfect, love the fact that booths can be private or open, made the dinner super intimate. 3. food was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. 4. loved how even though it was valentines weekend, or food was not rushed. there was plenty of time between each meal, which made it 1000x a better experience. i was scared that we were going to feel rushed, instead it was the complete opposite, the waiter repeatedly mentioned for us to take our time and enjoy the dinner. 5. wine and drinks were delicious! 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone.

Love this place food was delicious as always. probably one of, if not the best burger i have ever had! if you are looking for a great meal, lunch or dinner you cant go wrong here. only drawback, and its really not, this is a high end, high quality location, in the heart of center city, and it has the prices to match. so for me this is a special occasion location only. but if you have the means to eat here regularly, sit back and enjoy an excellent meal!

What a great time we had. jane was our waitress and she was unbelievable. the gm erin was awesome as well. rita helped out and was attentive to detail. we had such a wonderful time overlooking the river, the food was amazing and the lava cake. it was a great atmosphere that was intimate and relaxing. we look forward to our next visit.

Ive been going for years. that means many decor changes as well. as usual, their cold food is never bottom of the container scrapings, always fresh appealing to the eyes. i must admit my last visit was the first time id chicken wings so delicious. the meats are all you can eat or by the pound. the extensive salad bar also includes some meats you wont be hungry. so much to choose from. if you go, you will enjoy. the staff always the best. vegetarian options: salad bar offers many types, not just lettuce several mixed vegetable options too. parking: pay attention to the street parking signs. kid-friendliness: ive taken my grandchildren and have been there with other families with children it has never been overwhelming or messy like some places ive been. wheelchair accessibility: sidewalk to door no stairs. off street parking in the rear . again no stairs parking lot to door no marked handicap spots front or rear.

I came here for my birthday. it was my first time. the service was great and my waiter was very nice and friendly. the atmosphere was nice too. and the food was 10/10. i m definitely coming back here. thank you for the wonderful experience!

The place is actually really nice . they have a variety of all types of food, i was surprised to see that they sell acai bowls . they have different ways to eat your acai bowl too . definitely recommend

We had an anniversary luncheon at the bbbq! jeff was so pleasant to communicate with. we could all tell that he put his heart and soul into the food. the dishes were authentic and extremely tasty. he even made it family style and a set menu to accommodate our needs. thank you jeff and staff for making our special occasion that much more memorable :)

I recently ordered their large 16 inch pepperoni pizza on thursday 8/18/22 via ubereats and it was ,very delicious,tasted fresh , and had both a gourmet as well as homemade quality to it . their fries were also well cooked and quite flavorful. i will for sure be ordering from here again and i cant wait to try out the other wonderful items on their menu since i am a big fan of brazilian cuisine . everyone should order form here,because their food is undeniably exceptional.
