Camellia is an amazing server!! my family had a medical emergency during our dine in. she was calm, helpful, went above and beyond and allowed the family members to handle the situation. camellia service was outstanding, honestly one of the best servers i have had in the food service industry in years. besides the family emergency our dine in ended up being a a few hours. never once did she sigh, roll her eyes, change in body language, seem frustrated or inconvenienced that she needed to come back to the table numerous times during our visit for either checking in on us, seeing if we are ready or if we needed more refills. she is a wonderful example as to what a server in the food industry should be, and i recommend that people train with her, and hopefully receive some compensation in doing so. the restaurant was clean, no issues with our table or chairs being dirty. during our dine in, the tables and chairs were actively being clean after they were used. our food was fresh, warm, a long with the appropriate portion sizes as indicated for the type of food we ordered. my only concern as to why i only gave the four star rating for the food was there was some type of oil in some of the dishes that caused a slight aftertaste, and i was the only person in the party of four who had this concern, yet i do have sensitivity to certain foods. my other concern was drink-related. as i enjoy having a fresh cup of coffee, even more so for decaf as a lot of times it just sits forever, the use of a single servings can cause a slight frustration to the customer when they have to wait longer for coffee. this applebees location has always been my go to location in the surrounding rockford area as ive never had any issues that ive had to speak to a manager about. dietary restrictions: a family member can only eat a certain type of cheese, this was accommodate for them, during our dine in. another family member has a sodium restriction and food was made to their diet requirements. wheelchair accessibility: a family member uses a wheeled walker, easy access into restaurant and using the wheeled walker at table.

My hubby had the hungry man and really enjoyed it. i had steak was also delicious it came with a small bowl of medley vegetables, i asked if they can swap for broccoli? waitress did not even bother asking , she just said thats how it comes i know thats how it comes, thats why im asking! overall place was clean, food was good and staff was also friendly, prices are also good .

Pretty solid overall . everything tasted good . the only thing i would change is cubed chicken to shredded chicken .

Tried da catch belvedere for the first time and it was great! they allow you to make a custom item. i got the large quesadilla with fries and sauce and it was fire!

Oh my gosh!!! so very good. i had garlic shrimp, beans and rice – plus a side of lettuce and tomato, tortillas, chips and three salsas. it was enough for two meals and very yummy. the service was great — fast and attentive. this is a very sweet place and it was packed at 5 pm. a good sign! in the area for work; so happy to have found this restaurant!

The service was one of a kind! two young men greeted me and the family right away. ben and cole were super helpful! the food was amazing, and super delicious! we will absolutely come back in the future! parking: definitely a crowded place! kid-friendliness: all the staff was very helpful and friendly towards my little boy. very child friendly environment!

Always order delivery from here and never had a bad experience yet! they are always friendly and super fast! hot, delicious pizza every time

Went today with two of my boys…ordered three for 5.00 steak tacos for each of us. omgoodness delicious!!! they are a little smaller than other places in town but they were the best tacos ive found in this town and the quality was so much better. the steak was fresh, not made earlier in the day then reheated….not dry like other places that do that. ended up buying three more for each of us. they are the best tacos in belvidere!!! girls working were really nice too:)

This place ia by far the beat food truck i have ever eaten at. the service, the joys of them making food and taking orders. the respect the food is just amazing. never had anything bad. my go too is a chixken taco salad and chorizo tacos. never a disapointment. hopefully they open at a building so more people can enjoy this amazing food. i know i have sense they came to belvidere. and when they close for the year i crave it till they re open.

If youre looking for a 100% authentic italian restaurant, this is it. my husband took me here on valentines day in 2023 and it was perfection! at the time, there was no dining in, but they let us which was so sweet for them to do. the atmosphere is calming with classical italian music that is very soothing. their pizza? oh my gosh. phenomenal! the sauce is sweet but full of flavor, the crust is thin but perfectly fluffy, and the cheese is to die for. everything about this place is perfect. and its so clean in there and just gorgeous in the entire restaurant. i will definitely be returning. if i can get this place ten stars i would in a heartbeat. thank you guys for your service. parking: you literally have to get there at the right timing to get the perfect spot. but its soooo worth it.
