We sat in the bar area. the music is perfect! melisandra was our amazing server and was spot on whenever we needed anything. she is very friendly and entertaining! i love that they still have traditional martini glass sizes here and not the small slipper glasses that trendier places have. love the food! love the drinks ! love the music!! love the staff! we will be regulars! thanks for the wonderful experience! 3rd time here and still love it! mel and jim are so nice it makes us feel like we are special. we will be back often.

A hidden gem! went to this place for the first time today as i was looking for breakfast places that served salmon croquettes and i m glad i did. the atmosphere is great and the food was even better. owner was very nice and made sure i enjoyed my meal. will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Came here for dinner, it wasnt busy which was nice. the woman working the counter was friendly and our food was hot & delicious. they do have a bar, but we didnt order any bar drinks. i ordered the italian beef, a hot dog and fries. next time i come to chicago ill have to come back here.

A cosy dine-in with a great variety of dishes, including some greek ones, at good prices. very friendly staff, felt immediately welcome. great value for money, i enjoyed a lot my salonica burger after a long walk in the neighborhood. i recommend that, if you are a nerdy tourist like me, you go to the book store nearby (powell) either before or after you get a warm tummy by salonica.

Alex was great! we definitely had the best meal weve ever had. he was patient with our group and prompt… making sure we had everything we needed quickly… and even made an unusual request happen for a special drink without a 2nd thought. the food was truly amazing and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Its a very nice place to visit. i just love the atmosphere, and the service is wonderful. wheelchair assiable.and handicapped. try it out you might like it. i do. smile s.

Review based solely on breakfast. i enjoyed the cinnamon french toast and a latte, as well as the basic breakfast dish; all were impressively executed with delightful flavors and freshness. i didnt have high expectations, given that hotel food can sometimes disappoint, but this turned out to be a delightful surprise. although the service was a bit slow and there were some order mistakes, our waitress was sweet and helpful. id definitely dine there again.

Great service, good breakfast food – i had obamas favorite #3 with a side of toast at a reasonable price and other patrons friendly. i sat at obamas presidential table. overall a good experience. cash only food

I was here for an event. we had a smaller set menu to choose from. i got the burger and the cauliflower wings with lemon pepper. both were delicious. the service was excellent! will bring my wife back on a date!

I ordered the steak taco dinner. the steak was very good and seasoned well. the salsa is spicy in a god way i love spicy. the margarita was strong and amazing. it s a cozy atmosphere and i would definitely come back.

The food was done especially fast. when you order on the kiosk. i thought the burger was excellent and will cooked and no problems at all. i like the fact that i can get gouda cheese with a burger.

The quesadillas de pollo were mind blowing and awesome. the flan was great too. lived the taste and the fast delivery system. will definitely order from here again. it was a little pricey though!

We had been out all day and wanted a quick bite before heading home. we were at jarvis sq. tavern and decided to try new luzzat. the potato samosas were good but the chicken biryani was fantastic. rice was tasty with lots of whole chicken pieces. enough that we may have leftovers. will definitely pickup from here again.

Fantastic diner style mexican restaurant. there are options for everyone. and the food is good!! good!! im sorry, its actually amazingly good!! 5*s, i have nothing bad to say. time, service, food, quality, is all excellent. i will be back for more. vegetarian options: vegan tacos are excellent dietary restrictions: made my entire order without salt. excellent service.

Our favorite stop along clark in rogers park. they always serve fresh food and the service is nice. they do have $1 street tacos with cilantro and onions but they are small so you should order 3 or 4. the burrito and the quesadilla were excellent. we would highly recommend this place!

Unassuming spot that boasts of both being featured in diners, drive-ins and dives and michelin guides. great menu of very traditional peruvian cuisine with enough options that the average midwesterner can easily find something for their palate as well. the lomo saltado is a great safe choice with delicious flavor (steak and french fries) and i look forward to trying out other great options i sampled with friends. its byob so its easy to run by and grab something to drink if one desires

Ive been to this location a handful of times and ive yet to be disappointed! whether i dined in or opted for take away, ive enjoyed the food and service. i just dropped by as a birthday treat, and the team was quick!! im saying by the time i went to fill my drink my food was ready (6 piece). i believe jo took my order, and they were very sweet making conversation and mindful of those walking in. i work in service as well, so these small things stand out to me!

Let me start off saying i absolutely love this place!!! it was me and my hubby first time going and everything about it was beautiful from the atmosphere, the music the lady who greeted us to our servers!!!! we sat down immediately no wait and less than 5 minutes we had a server bringing us water our waitress welcomed us ! she was a sweetheart! the food was 2 chef kisses awesome!!! the portions were nice we got full fast! i m a sucker for a good breakfast spot and this place i must say is by far the best breakfast spot i ve ever ate at in my life!!! it felt so warm and welcoming in there! i ll definitely be coming back soon

As a travelling canadian i built up the idea of a chicago deep dish in my head for years. this location doesnt disappoint. amazing service since i was the only person in the place due to a snow storm. food: fantastic! buttery crust, cold beer, super nice staff. id come here again in better weather.

This is an absolutely phenomenal experience. i am currently eating italian sausage for 6 and some change. this is the epitome of a chicago restaurant experience to me. other than the size of the restaurant, the experience is awesome. they need to expand into a larger location!!! but i had the pleasure of having dads photo up above me while i ate.

Sweet, welcoming mom and pop restaurant with fun decor. they have something for everyone: sushi (raw, cooked, vegetarian), thai, korean, chinese and vietnamese. i fed three kids who each found something to love. we liked the pad see ewe, korean corn dog (sweet dough), and miso soup. very courteous service. pride flag in the window made us feel welcome. kid-friendliness: found something for three kids with different tastes. lots of variety.

What a great diner! exploring the neighborhood and i read good things about this place so i had to check it out. so good!! busy but not crazy busy, sat at the counter, which is always fun. the food was delicious and did not take long to get. the ladies behind the counter are very friendly! definitely going to be my go to breakfast place from now on!!
