Our family went to carvera to honor a family member that has chosen to join the coast guard. the oakwood florist partners with carvers. there was a beautiful floral arrangement from yhe oakwood florist waiting at our table upon arrival. carvers is very dimly lit. (its a good thing i checked out the menu prior to arrival.) we were seated promptly at the time of our reservation. the service was amazing. johnathan, our server, was attentive and very friendly. our glasses were never close to empty. all of the food was amazing. there wasnt a complaint about any of it. we had appetizers, entrees, and dessert. leftovers were boxed and bagged for us.

Paragon is not cheap (our bill and tip was about $100 per person), and im okay with that because they delivered an excellent dining experience. the food, cocktails, and service were all excellent. we enjoyed their escargot, oysters rockefeller, the prime rib, and several steaks.

Christine was a great server, the steak on the special was perfectly prepared, very tender, great flavor. while one expects that with outbacks regular steaks, this was a very reasonably priced special, in fact low priced for an outback experience. with some establishments, there might be a quality decline, on the special. definitely not here. exceeded my high expectations. congrats. the ceasar salad was a good size and both it, and the loaded baked potato, were great. the third course cheesecake is still sitting in my home fridge but looks great.

No matter what you order, the food they serve to you is huge! its all freshly made and delicious! their waitstaff go above and beyond just serving you food. i highly recommend this restaurant. its high-end, but more than worth it. the atmosphere is very romantic. i suggest you make a reservation. my compliments to the chef. so far, the two desserts ive are their key lime pie and their white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. if youre too full for dessert, you really need to take some home.

Although the food was very tasty and we enjoyed it, the floor show that we received was lackluster compared to others around us. our chef did not do anything engaging such as tricks with the food or asking if someone wanted to have some food catapulted into the air so that they could catch it with their open mouths. i was disappointed because ive been to this establishment before and thoroughly enjoyed that part of it. i know that you go for the food but the antics with the chef also keep you interested. however, we will return.

First time in, in awhile! the new tables and chairs minus the paper on the tables changes the atmosphere! great pumpkin ravioli appetizers and the pasta dishes were awesome! ask for moe and you ll get awesome service too!

We had the best evening! we started our evening with renee who was so wonderful! our food (mushroom and swiss burger and wings) were so delicious! we were there for change of shift and had the pleasure of having a new employee, tammy, who was great! fantastic all the way around! it s been a while since we have been in (for no other reason than life) and it was great to be back. we can t wait to return. thank you for such a nice evening, and for keeping the music volume tolerable (didn t have to ask, that s just how it was and we really appreciated that also).

I celebrated my birthday with my mom. they made the dinner incredibly memorable for us. the table was gorgeous with roses and rose petals. the food was fresh and delicious! the service was even better! lisa took incredible care of us and was so kind to my mom and i. thank you for an amazing time and birthday celebration!

Wow! my wife and i decided to try this place out as we have missed having a local special place like rue dumaine to celebrate special occasions. chef anne kearney s staff and cuisine always delighted!!! this was not a special occasion, but it definitely turned into one. chef margot blondet has absolutely created something special. from the moment we walked in the door, the staff and atmosphere was absolutely intoxicating! beautiful setting and pristine. every question asked answered with exactness and a proud demeanor to go with it. what an amazing experience in which we are already planing our next visit!
