My friends and i had high expectations when we went, and we were not disappointed. their staff was very friendly, and our waiter, demetrio, did a wonderful job taking care of us. he gave us excellent service, always being attentive and on top of our orders. i had never been there, and he was so patient with me because i had several questions regarding the menu. cant say enough about him. we all loved and enjoyed our food, and the atmosphere was lively and upbeat. i will definitely go back.

One of my favorite burgers out there, i really like the meal and now definitely i will go back to try other plates. the burgers are very well served, they are big and are cooked perfectly as asked. i tried the hawaiian one, very good. the spicy sauce is spicy. watch out. we seated outside, is a very nice area and we got served very well. nobody forgot about us and we always had a glass full of water.

Beautiful restaurant. great service. exceptionally flavorful food. there were 6 birthday celebrations around us…. apparently the go to place for celebrations and i know why….the food is tasty…the atmosphere is michelin star quality and the service is super spot on. dont miss out on this place! its a great place for special occasions or a special date…or just treating yourself to something a little more high quality than a normal restaurant in el paso. the nogados had an amazing flavor, but the dish was served cold in the middle. i took it home and heated it in the microwave and it was fabulous!

This new great american steakhouse is a really nice-looking restaurant. airy plants and stone masonry, and its naturally well lit, theres televisions from the bar that can be seen from any seat if you like. theres a spacious dining room, also a separate area for larger crowds or banquets. our waitress vanely was very friendly and ensured that our meals came out in a timely manner, allowing us to enjoy our appetizers. the food was hot and delicious, and the fresh rolls were a meal in itself. the steak tip tacos were amazing with grilled saute onions. wheelchair accessibility: there is plenty of spacious parking. the majority of the tables could accommodate wheelchairs.

My wife and i decided to visit the great american steakhouse for for a nice lupper (combo of lunch and supper). restaurant interior is lovely with a rustic feel. music is not overbearing making it very easy to enjoy a nice conversation. we were served by breana and she was fantastic. she displayed an excellent knowledge of the menu, answered our questions, offered us a special and made a few recommendations. throughout our visit she was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. we shared the sausage bites appetizer and for our mains we each had a ribeye (i had the 14oz and she had the 10oz). we each had a dinner salad and for sides we both had mashed potatoes. the steaks also came with baked beans and coleslaw. sausage bites were nice and served with a good bbq sauce. while kielbasa is my least favorite type of sausage this was well prepared and paired great with the sauce. salads were excellent. ingredients were so fresh and the fresh bread croutons were packed with flavor. wish this had been served in a cold bowl. mashed potatoes had good flavor and were definitely fresh. they paired well with the steak. the coleslaw was also fresh and a little sweet. seemed very authentic (i am not a big coleslaw guy but my wife really enjoyed it). baked beans were a highlight, as is a running theme, they were fresh and the sauce had a little spice that gave them a good kick. of course, this is a steakhouse and no matter how good the sides and apps are, everything is about the steak. fail on the steak and you fail on the meal. no problem here. the two ribeyes were cooked just as ordered and perfectly. the flavoring was bold and fantastic. this was probably the best steak ive had in the last three years in el paso. for a steakhouse, i found this very affordable. my ribeye was about $36 and hers was about $31. the side salads were about $6 each, and the sausage bites about $10. total bill was just under $100 and this feels like a great deal for what we had. overall, this was a wonderful experience and i would recommend this restaurant to anyone (think it would be a great date night choice). parking: on a busy corner but we found it easy to get in and out. kid-friendliness: there was a party with children seated near us and they seemed to be having a nice experience.
