Very enjoyable experience at montana mike s! the customer service there was top-notch, and the food was prepared quickly and delicious. i also want to give a shout-out to my server, nicknamed scooby, who was incredibly attentive, respectful, and personable. keep up the amazing work!

Now post– we just went last night for sushi. this is the first time weve went for just sushi… and omg!!! we loved everything we tried. we got to watch the man make them, everything was fresh and delicious! the chef loves to experiment w new flavors and combos. we had such a good time!! we got 4 different rolls, the king kong, super white tuna crunch, the crazy one, hidden dragon, sweet potato roll. we also got a sashimi mix platter. my husband got sake and i got wine. we recommend this place 100%!! just remember to bring cash to tip the sushi chef!! he isnt tipped through your check!! and hes worth every penny!! before post– this was by far the best hibachi experience ive ever had!! the cook was so funny and attentive. i got the filet and shrimp, as did my husband. my son and his gf got chicken and shrimp. it came with the best fried rice ever (which didnt aggravate my husbands food sensitivity to certain preservatives), salad, soup. we got 2 glasses of wine and a sushi roll as appetizer. my husband and i got the out of control roll…yum… and the kids got the rainbow roll. we will definitely be going back!

Excellent food and service! call way ahead and make a reservation if you have a disability to ensure you get a seat. there is seating downstairs but the majority of seating is on the second floor up a long fight of stairs, no elevator. this was our first visit to griggsby s, and they really impressed us! we shared the pretzels and beer cheese appetizer. the bread was perfectly fluffy inside with a crispy crust. i had the chicken avocado blt, and it was delicious! my partner had a perfectly cooked ribeye steak, and my mom had the surprisingly incredibly delicious peanut butter dream burger (she ordered it without the sriracha). we had a great time, and we ll definitely be coming back again some time! it will be for a special occasion, because this place isn t exactly cheap, but the quality of the food and atmosphere are worth it.

Absolutely fantastic every time weve eaten there. we requested a special dessert, the crepes, and got lemon curd and filling. the steaks are so tender and wonderful. always different specials, my husband said the swordfish was fantastic. great service, and excellent prices for what you get. food

My husband and i stopped in for breakfast on 9/13/2023 (mind you, we live in this area and stop in a few times a year). we eat (or try to eat) low carb. i opted for scrambled eggs and wanted to make it a little more hearty, so i asked they put ham, onions, and cheese in with the eggs. they accepted my request and it came out delicious! i dont know why i had never thought before to add that to eggs!

One of, if not the best tenderloin. meaty with a very flavorful breading. have to do the fries, they are excellent. but most importantly, kayla our bartender/waitress was wonderful. great personality and very attentive to our needs!

They need to turn their heat on/up. its always cold at this location and they said they keep the heat off/down because if they turn it on/up their kitchen gets way too hot. everyone working here is always nice. food is always good. but wear a winter coat inside, its very cold inside. even the waitress said shes cold.

I must have said, whoa! and omg! and yum and million times. not being from the area, that was the most authentic breakfast i can recall having. not eating meat, the pesto omelette was inventive and tasty. my go-to order is usually an omelette for lack of options available and i appreciated the fresh take. the homemade jelly with the biscuits i will think about them in my sleep. the pancakes were made from rainbows. if you are passing through, it is worth a stop. our waitress was so kind. kid-friendliness: $.99 chocolate milk refills! how kind!

I have been here many times. the wait staff does a good job of meeting the needs of the customers. the preparation of the food has been inconsistent over the past few years. today i ordered the maple bacon chicken and the taste was on point. the hash brown casserole and broccoli compliment the chicken well. i would recommend the chicken fried chicken and biscuits also.

We love the food at this restaurant and it s with in walking distance of my residence. the owners are very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant is pleasant! definitely recommend this place!!!

Traveling through and our third culvers (2 in south dakota and here) in under a week. arrived at lunch on saturday and the lobby was packed. six of us, including 2 children. large order for dine in. food came out hot and timely, but a small hiccup with items missing. they corrected it quickly and without question. kids love the food and will eat it, we love the taste and the cost! good food, good prices. looked online and found that the closest culvers is 2 hours away from home. oh well, well continue to look for culvers and patronize as we travel.

First time here for my friends bday food was amazing staff was very friendly.. clean atmosphere 5 experience!
