If you are in lacrosse this place is a must to check off the list of places to eat! and if you do go, get the prime rib, definitely worth it and i m not a huge prime rib kinda guy but this place is a whole other level!! salad bar is great, drinks were flowing and the atmosphere was oozing train nostalgia. thank you for a great dinner and experience!

This was by far the best place we went while in la crosse! would have never guessed the quality food and service from the outside! we got there right as it opened and already was booked solid but we ate at the bar, this was still a great experience, the bar tender was really great and very helpful! we had the prime rib and that was excellent. great sides, the clam chowder was excellent and very good garlic toast! we have already made plans to come back again next visit to la crosse!

Its a little bit pricey for a buffet. steak was kinda cold. it was good but just wasnt hot. nice variety of food, salad, and dessert. friendly staff, and there was not a wait. only 1 suggestion would be to have 2 people at the front instead of 1. one to ring you up and one to seat you. the young lady was doing both. beautiful view across the street of the eagles watching.

The meal was fantastic. absolutely delicious. i got a new york strip, 8 oz medium rare. perfectly cooked. paired with a wild turkey 101 and oyster rockefeller. too full for dessert. the sunset on the mississippi was perfect as well.

Love stopping here at any time of year. we did not have reservations, but got in right away. great menu choices and prices. highly recommend the house dressing for salads- parmsean peppercorn. pork belly was cooked to perfection! i will be back!

I am writing from my table after one of the best chain restaurant experiences ever. it was really busy on arrival. i was certain that it would be a long wait. we were seated immediately! the person seating us, grabbed us bread and butter on the way to our table. within 30 seconds of sitting down, our server lexy comes by and gets our drink and appetizer order. lexy had just the right amount of friendliness with incredible efficiency. sometimes a server is friendly, but conversations drag on when you are really hungry. she talked and joked, then went and grabbled our food. the food came out so quick. a manager came by and checked on us. service was absolutely a 10/10! the food is worthy of its own paragraph! steak was exquisitely cooked to order. the salad was fresh and the ranch was awesome! oh! i forgot to mention the bread and butter. so unbelievably good! i could have just eaten that and been fine, i m glad i continued on. the cactus blossom onion was delicious. the sauce for the onion was a cajun horseradish. i generally would not try that. i m glad that i did! the ribs literally fell off the bone, but maintained their firmness. the flavor was something not typically found in a chain restaurant. i could go on much longer, but i don t want to bore everyone. i recommend this restaurant to any of my fellow carnivores! 10/10!!!! when i get back to california, i will try a location or two out there to see if it holds true across the country. i hope it does!

Great restaurant! enjoyed the atmosphere. the curved half walls divide the room into cozy areas. our server was attentive but not pesky. we both ordered filet mignon. it was prepared perfectly. the bar had an excellent selection of bourbons and other fine spirits. the wine list, though small, had a number of good choices.

My husband and i went there for date night on 2/3/24. we had a cocktail in the le cave before heading up to our reservation. bartenders there were amazing! we were seated right away and our server was very attentive. we ordered escargot, lobster risotto, and dry aged pork. each dish was amazing. service was not slow, but great timing for the restaurant. it s our 3rd time eating here. my husband s pork was the best pork either of us had ever had.

I enjoyed every part of this meal. we had a reservation at 7:30, arrived about 25 minutes early and were seated right away. our server was friendly, attentive but not overwhelming. he timed putting our orders in very well so our food wasn t on top of each other. we were there for almost an hour and a half just enjoying our food and never felt rushed. it was nice to be on italian time and enjoy the meal. we started with an appetizer and a salad. both fresh and full of flavor. then we each ordered a pasta dish. i love that the menu changes with the season and that they use local ingredients. the restaurant is on the upstairs of piggy s and is fairly small, which makes it feel more intimate. you don t need to be super dressed up as it felt fancy but casual. they chef would come out and cut fresh prosciutto for one of the dishes throughout the night on one of the tables; it was fun to watch throughout the meal. we ended our night with a lemongrass gelato. overall a really delicious meal for a good price. we were able to take home leftovers. entrance is through piggy s and upstairs to the right via stairs or elevator.

This was one of the best mom and pop restaurants ive ever experienced. the server was very friendly, and the food was excellent and the portions were a good size for hungry guys. the root beer was also very good – worth ordering for sure! the pie and cheesecake were also really good!

Best restaurant in town! fabulous food and great atmosphere. make sure to arrive early to wait for a table because they fill up quickly and allow reservations for 6+ people. the food is always delicious and can accommodate my gluten free and dairy free needs while keeping my family happy too. my son absolutely loves joan and asks to go there to see her regularly. i would like to see some new additions to the menu but the current menu are classic gems done perfectly. perfect for a family dinner, date night, friends meetup or any occasion. service has always been great and attentive. already looking forward to our next visit.

This place is legit. 1st timers and we were recommended the cajun combo and it was fantastic. the portions are crazy. very large portions and the blackened catfish was so good it will make ya smack your momma! price was great but we are from colorado so idk if it is good for the area. it was $18 for the combo (pic provided). would recommend to anyone who likes a good atmosphere, nice servers, cold beer, and fantastic food!

Went on a busy saturday afternoon with my husband and was seated within five minutes. the waitress was super friendly and attentive! the food was hot and i could tell it was fresh. the burgers were very juicy! i would recommend this place 100%!!! so good!!!!

Stopped in with several friends for lunch on a thursday recently and we had the special which was the all-you can eat salad bar including hard and soft shell tacos for $11.99. it was outstanding! salad bar selections were numerous and everything tasted fresh. the soup (italian tomato) was superb. the waitress was super nice. we all had a very positive dining experience. will definitely be going back.

The food is delicious. the service is amazing. the atmosphere is awesome, especially since the christmas light decorations are up along the river. happy hour on wednesday is the best- our bottle of cab sav was half price at only $12 and since were hotel guests we each had a glass with dinner and took the bottle up to our room after dinner. from front counter host to the level of service by all staff, it is probably the best hotel restaurant experience weve had anywhere in the world. if youre staying at the radisson, you owe it to yourself to dine here. if youre a la crosse local, you should pop in for a happy hour and have a great experience. well be back in a couple of weeks.

Im in from out of town looking for a reasonably priced lunch and found this gem! so much fun here!! the food is good, and its fairly priced. the service was great. the atmosphere is so much fun for anyone who loved the80s!! plus, they have a great beer selection along with a full bar!

Wednesday night trivia league. we had a wonderful time with great food, atmosphere, and the friendly staff. i had the rachel sandwich w/fries. yum! it was oktoberfest and thanksgiving had a party. my wife enjoyed the shepherds pie and soda bread. it was a fun night at dublins square. parking: it was after 6pm, we parked in city parking ramp for free.

Anytime i get the chance to order a peanut butter burger at a bar ive never been to i get it and am never let down. tom sawyers waitress audrey gave us outstanding service as well as the others out on the deck. we went straight to the patio and she came right out to give us menus and order some drinks. the patio has a great over look of the river.

This restaurant is awesome! the food is amazing!! the staff was super friendly and welcoming. the curds are so amazing! and the burgers were nearly perfect! great sauce, amazing taste combos, and cooked to perfection. i highly recommend them. and their game day service is amazing!

Was a great place for breakfast! we got here around 11am on a saturday and could still get breakfast. had berries custard waffle, it was very good! great selections of coffees and drinks. place is very family friendly and prices were very good! would come back here again.

Stopped in for a late saturday lunch. uwl game and badger game were both being televised. food, drinks and service were great.
