Can t beat this place for ribs. been going for decades. they still fall off the bone they are so tender. service is great, lovely dining room across the street from diamond lake. good wine list and extensive menu. we would go more often if it wasn t so pricey but it s our go-to spot for special occasions.

Amazing seafood brought in from all over the country. old style restaurant. wonderful customer service. live music on the weekends. plenty of parking.

Wonderful thursday night dinner at park street. atmosphere was lively and patrons were having fun. enjoyed a horsefeather cocktail and the chopped salad. my daughter enjoyed the pesto grilled cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries. both meals were prepared with care and enjoyable. looking forward to our next visit.

I come here every time i m in town for business. sadly that s only twice a year. no other restaurant around will see me as long as ararat exists. the food is delicious and the service is awesome.

Fun casual place. outdoor seating covered with large bar & tvs. games like darts are offered outside.. food has nice proportions for pub food.

Hey guys great restaurant when it was open. went there for dinner. its been closed since the pandemic. but the bar is open.

Having been here many years ago, and returning, found that their food has improved, but the service is minimal at best with the owner and one staff waiting on all the tables. after we sat down to a half empty room, it started to fill up and there were not enough staff, not even a bus boy to clear tables. we ordered the dolsot be bim bop and the yuk guy jang, which i order visiting new resturants to see if they are consistent with authentic korean food. the yuk guy jang was good but much different than i ve ever had before. i will try to visit again since i love korean food too see if they are consistent. be fore you go, look and hit the thumbs up.

Went there on a saturday with my family. it exceeded expectations. the owner was so nice and helpful. the food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. the cheese was in every bite. not sure how to explain this right, but you could bite through the bread without having all the filling squish out the back end. fries were fresh cut, everyone loved them. we got a classic with american, chicken with american, a kids cheese steak and some wings. all were a delight! we will absolutely be coming back here. kid-friendliness: our kids loved the place and wanted to tell the owner. he was sweet enough to chat with them for a while.

I looked up best italian restaurant near me and it popped up. our waiter was amazing and had great suggestions. we had the grilled and fried calamari as an appetizer. the bread, salad, and soup were good. my pasta carbonara was amazing! it was my mom s birthday so we got the three chocolate layer thing with hazelnut crunch. it was sooooo delicious!!!

This restaurant was absolutely amazing! it is the definition of a hole in the wall. service was amazing. as the picture shows they even made up a a drink just for us then wrote down the recipe. the was soup chicken enchilada was delicious. my wife hates clack beans and she still likes the soup. she got the fajita chicken wrap. that was really good! she put the whole thing away! i got the veggie burger with gouda cheese with a huge amount of mushrooms piled on (i paid extra for them) i they came curly with fries or regular fries. the curly fries were just like arby s, which is a huge compliment from me. this place is highly recommended!! dietary restrictions: they went out of their to accommodate my genetic for limitations. kid-friendliness: this place is a bar. it really isn t for kids.

We absolutely love going here with our family. the food is fantastic and the service is always good….not to mention the staff is always very friendly. we have never been disappointed…we highly recommend this restaurant.

I got recommended to come here by one of my old co workers. told me if i wanted a good beef sandwich to come here. ever since i never looked back. i ve taken my daughter here. best beef sandwiches. and the creame soda barqs is amazing also. hard to find. def going back again. i think it s like 6th time there.

Alley greeted me right away with a smile and answered all my questions about the menu! very kind and great customer service! my husband ordered the gypsy sandwich and i ordered the two egg breakfast with sausage, links and hashbrowns. everything was absolutely delicious and i cannot wait to come back to try more! have a blessed day!

Phenomenal local wing place! we moved to mundelein from the city of chicago and birdsnest used to be our favorite downtown. franks for the memories is by far now the best! the food is so fresh and flavorful. highlight recommend!!!!!

The omakase experience was top-notch — the food was absolutely outstanding. every dish was prepared to perfection, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and an impeccable attention to detail. they were all creative and unique, and each were special in their own way, from the flavor to the texture to the presentation. i will definitely be returning.

Delicious, authentic food. this place is an absolute gem. not your typical run of the mill menu items. homemade and fresh. a great vibe inside. and their server erick is top notch.

Everything from beginning to end was basically perfect. when i called in, a lady was extremely nice and patient with me when i had questions. a guy who works in the back held the door on my way in like a perfect gentleman. the food was amazing. they cook with corn oil which makes the egg rolls to die for. even the leftovers of my kung pao lunch special were great. all of the ingredients seemed fresh and the fried rice had delicious pieces of pork mixed in. the best part is it is inexpensive and i could definitely do this once a week. looking forward to revisiting soon!

We had seen the restaurant when patronizing la michoacana so we decided to try it out. the restaurant is very clean and bright. i had enchiladas suiza with chicken that was excellent. my companion had the pechuga with vegetables and she could not stop eating it. even after she said she wanted to save some. the only bad thing is that my diet coke came in a can and i assume refills would cost more. otherwise, a great lunch experience and we will be back!!

This past august was literally the first time dining in at this location since 99 believe it or not. i guess because im a foodie and love to explore new places, maybe thats what took me so long to get back here and not to mention ive gotten my fill of bp pizza at the north location over the years which is much closer to my house in beach park. this pizza is heavenly and truly one of the best ive ever had in my entire life. they say the big city is the place to be but regardless if youre in chicago, ny or detroit or even a frozen pizza brand; it really is what you like. as far as taste, this venue alongside the third lake location and a popular parlor in lake forest are tied for the #1 spot in my book. besides pizza, bills also has a great all around menu as well as a good alcohol menu with overall still fair enough prices, friendly service in a clean & rustic log cabin vibe. guys, i love your pizza and i promise i wont wait several years to come back for more greatness. always try my best to support local and i hope for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

Its easy to drive past this place. i wouldnt pass it up, though. good deals every day of the week allow for great meals. for not so much money. save your money for your drinks and cheers to the good service. felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Been here a couple times already!!! service is always fast and friendly. atmosphere is great. pricing is average. food!!! food is amazing!!!! i ve had breakfast and salad. love the sausage links! great flavor, food is perfect, great taste and perfect temperature. pancakes are full of flavor and fluffy! last time i came (last friday) i wanted a salad, ordered the cobb salad with steak and omg it was delicious! steak was tender and full of flavor, salad was fresh, and the mediterranean dressing complemented salad perfectly. highly recommend! my whole family loves coming here!
