Really great restaurant. amazing food. locally owned. soooo good! it s small so i just wish the music had been a little louder. service was great and everything we ate was amazing! yummo in my tummo!

A fellow firefighter friend of ours recommended this place to us after hearing we were staying in the pueblo west area. we were only 1 mile away and chose to visit. it is a little hidden behind the pueblo auto service center but were able to find quickly using our gps. wow! wow! what a hidden treasure! this large facility includes many things from dining and drinking to corn row, arcade, miniature golfing and more. we tried the copper river 3/4 burger and were in shock at the size. needless to say we had dinner for the following night after this first purchase. excellent chips and queso and even the fries were great. to top it off, we took home some fried apple rolls with ice cream. no disappointment there folks! check out the photos of this massive burger!! many thanks!

Mozzarella sticks, blt & grilled cheese we re all excellent. i will definitely be back and recommend you stop in and check the pass key pueblo out. my server (while i do not remember her name), provided us with amazing service. i did not ask her to bring a bucket of water over to my table for my service dog, she just did it. i appreciate the extra attention and care for my service animal more then anything.

We have been wanting to come here since moving to the area. now we had the time and it was a great choice. service was great. my wife had tacos and i had a wonder panni sandwich. all ingredients were fresh and delicious. and of course a good selection of their own beers. great place and it wont disappoint!!

We just moved here a month ago down the road & we ve been here multiples of times already bc it s so yummy!! i highly recommend the jalapeno poppers (i try them everywhere i can & these are by far the best freshly made ones i ve had). also the steak wrap is delicious!

Im very pleased with this place. interaction with counter when entering is friendly. i appreciate a friendly host. ordered the chicken fried rice, it came out quickly and piping hot. i ordered to go, and it came in a classic chinese food to go box, awesomeness. the chicken fried rice is my fave and was served in its traditional form… highly respected for this. it was super tasty. staff: 5 entree: 5 overall: 5

The food is superb the massaman curry is the best try it at a 2.5. healthy fried rice is epic. the pad thai is delicious. they are allergy friendly and the staff is super knowledgeable about whats in each dish.

This was our first time at adolfos. and i cant begin to tell you how pleased we were. we both really, really enjoyed our meals. and i had the chicken burrito. the chicken was the best shredded chicken ive had in colorado. they did a great job and we definitely will be going back. the service was also fast at the drive through. thank you for a great experience.
