I confirm that twenty one steak is the bomb in pueblo. just driving through i-25, this looked good. they are an old school hospitality establishment serving top line culinary. the way all great pillar local restaurants used to be. went in after 8:00pm, sat at the bar. alec mixed up the most perfect old fashioned (so far). i ordered the house salad with the pan fried chicken. definitely @logan tavern comparable (with better service). go here. go later in the evening (after the rush). they are a competent led, take care of business restaurant. dietary restrictions: the chef s can make dietary specific orders parking: park in the garage across the street it s free

Steak is amazing. mi advice is the bathroom maintenance . and please improve the smash potatoes presentation, it was cold, and the gravy seemed. thanks

I highly recommend. a cozy, unique and intimate fine dining experience. this restaurant is truly a gem. it is rare to find a restaurant of this caliber and style. wonderfully delicious flavors and dishes. their attention to detail is exceptional. i will be telling my friends and family about my experience and i will be returning.

I have been here three times now and have had a great experience! stacy, daniel and nate have been great servers! they were all attentive, made us feel welcome and went the extra mile. the food has been excellent all the three times that i have been there. we have made it a friday night out. thank you all for the generosity.

This place has been here for more than 40 years for a reason– good food, good atmosphere, great prices. they have pool tables, a foosball table, outdoor seating/smoking area, and a jukebox. the owner was kind enough to take a moment and give us a quick history lesson about the place, very interesting. did i mention great food?

The best risotto ive ever had! so smooth and flavorful! we were passing through late at night and happened upon this food gem! tried the stuffed mini bell peppers (we can then sweet peppers in tx), they were crisp and fresh. then shared the salmon with capers and risotto. i was in love with 2 things about this dish. the over sauteed capers- ive never had them this way and will never cook with them again any other way! i seriously wanted an entire bowl of just the capers! second, that risotto! it was phenomenal! the drinks were also made really well!

Delicious chicken fried steak, gravy, and fried okra. the broccoli casserole was also great. tammi was amazing the service was spot on. even offered me a to go drink. if your around pueblo try this place. good ol american comfort food.

Excellent. the food is incredible and maybe the best in pueblo. the waitstaff are always friendly and the atmosphere superb. they will bring you more salsa for your chips and salsa and the chips are warm. we have been there twice and i had the enchiladas with mole sauce and the burrito colorado. my partner had the deluxe enchiladas and a three item combo. everything was great.

Such a small gem. its really clean on the inside, granted a bit tight but its really well laid out. the market side looks really fresh. the food is totally worth it. you really cant go wrong with anything on the menu. and the beef jerky is really nice. its super thin cut, so they arent chewy. thin, crunchy, and well seasoned. just try it out and you wont be sorry!
