We had the best meal and service for valentines dinner! i was pleasantly surprised with the timeliness and quality of the food for such a busy, hectic night. you managed it exceptionally well and we appreciated it! our server, yul, was attentive and genuinely cared that we had a good experience. the 6 oz filet was cooked to perfection! we enjoyed everything from start to finish and let me just say we had not eaten out on valentines day in over 20 years because of our last horrible experience at another establishment. we had a reservation and arrived early, but we were seated at our exact time even though the reception lady said they were running 5-10 minutes behind. i watched her as she handled everyone who came thru that door without a reservation or late with grace and assertiveness, even when someone was not so nice!

When we first arrived we asked the host stand if they could accommodate for a shell fish allergy and i believe the lady was a manager she let us know shell fish is cooked separately (we assumed it would be but you d be surprised with how many places aren t able to provide service for this allergy). she was very polite and then once we were seated she even told the kitchen staff before we even ordered then let us know she spoke with them and she also informed our server, bostan. bostan was incredible he made sure everything was to our liking and was so polite. his service was by far the best we have received anywhere and it made our date night even better. to start off we tried the nashville hot quail appetizer since we have never tried quail, my husband ordered the ny strip (14oz) and grilled asparagus along with a blackberry manhattan, i ordered the ny strip (14oz) and garlic mashed potatoes. every item was absolutely delicious and we cant wait for our next visit

The ambiance was excellent, and the steak and soup were of high quality. we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and the service was impeccable. their homemade blended butter and bread were also incredibly delicious. a must visit steakhouse in town 5 out of 5 !!!

Excellent service, food, the sits are very comfortable. the only thing to be improved is to have second toilet in the men s restroom, add a hook in the wall to hang your coat, and a toilet paper of higher quality.

The service was spectacular dora and jessica were super nice and welcoming my sister in law coming from dallas and us from san antonio long drive but it was worth it :)

Well, lets try this the second time i think i added too many pictures and videos and it got stuck in my phone and when i had to shut the phone off i lost the review!!!! anyway, my daughter had decided to have a small gathering in memory of her son who passed away december 2022, and whose birthday was st. patricks day. she made reservations and determined that a teppanyaki table accommodated 10 people. it ended up being perfect for our group. i have been here many times as its an absolute all-time favorite of all of our grandchildren so we celebrated many birthdays through the years ,here . the hubster is not fond of it as he feels like its expensive, but he does not take him into consideration that youre getting a show with your meal !! part of it is that he doesnt eat rice and hes not fond of the teppanyaki style cooking!!! now for the positive there is another menu available and it offers sushi that is good quality so thats what he orders when we go there. my daughters 86-year-old mother-in-law also ordered off the menu and had a appetizer of coconut shrimp with a green salad and their delicious ginger dressing and she was very satisfied with her meal.. that left eight of us that decided to have teppanyaki, and once the staff took our protein orders ranging from lobster to steak, shrimp and chicken–we all were excited as our our talented chef arrived at the griddle . during the initial part of the show, (when theres lots of fire) out server was delivering bowls of hot broth and iceberg lettuce salad with that delicious ginger dressing they make !!! those come along with all teppanyaki meals. leaving some pictures and videos below so you can see part of our show our heavenly grandson used to love coming to tokyo steakhouse for the show and for the food!!! i cant even tell you how many bowls of fried rice he would eat! all of our meals were good and proteins were prepared and we received exactly what we ordered. stack of griddled vegetables was also cooked along with a huge mountain of fried rice. complete with all the yummy things that go in it, especially eggs. we enjoyed the show. we all had great memories to share. if you do have a birthday in your party, there is a special celebration where some of the staff come over with japanese drums and sing, happy birthday and present you with a complementary dessert. i had visited with our chef a little bit and determined that he had three years of training before he was able to come out in front of a griddle that contained paying guests . we all had a good time, the food was good if a little pricey, and the atmosphere is a lot of fun. try it for a special occasion we think youll enjoy it.!!!

Hadnt been to jack allens for a long time. so, i was so lucky to find one near my appointment. i had the pink trout over a veggie rice with some spinach. it was delicious. service was also great! food

Such a fantastic place to eat out! for my first time experience at this location, or for bjs in general, it was phenomenal! alyssa was the server for me and my boyfriend and her service was top of the line. super friendly and attentive. the food was just as amazing. the sharable nachos were the best ive had at any restaurant and the cherry glazed salmon was full of flavor. ill definitely be coming back to bjs for a similar experience and will definitely be creating an account.

I dont know how a philly cheese steak sandwich is supposed to taste, but this philly cheese steak sandwich was delicious. this was my first time at charleys, but it wont be my last! javier, one of the managers, took my order and was a great, personable, friendly person. i asked if i could pluck out his beard if i didnt like my sandwich, and he said yes without batting an eye. that is confidence in a great product! arturo was the man on the grill that actually made the magic happen, he made an excellent sandwich for my meal. turns out arturo is also a member of management. i spoke with some of the nob management employees and they all had great attitudes. happy employees generally turn out superior products. this is a nice clean restaurant located inside of a walmart. i encourage everyone to give them a try. they have more than just beef to choose from and the fries are good too.
