The three guys working the dinner shift at this location last night were fast, efficient and made the best frenchy ive eaten at any jims steakout. when i told them the loganberry was watery they wasted no time correcting that problem and let me know it was ready. service like this is a rare experience in our post pandemic world. luckily, i listened to my husband and we ended up here instead of where i wanted to go. kudos!

The food is very good and the only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because i swear i tasted traditional caesar dressing with anchovy on the salad even though they claimed it was ranch. someone else at our table noticed and stated the same thing i did. i didnt mind, although im not a seafood person i can appreciate a good caesar dressing. atmosphere is amazing. its the most beautiful, and extravagant restaurant in wny. nothing chintzy thats for sure. its got many rooms and dining areas plus bars. i do like it there a lot. it isnt a cheaper place and thats perfectly acceptable because you get what you pay for and then some. lighting is great also. bathrooms, there are many and some are smaller than others and some are more decorated than others. very nice. the servers were awesome and attentive. yeah, this place is a great choice, especially for a romantic evening or even a business dinner.

Listen this was an amazing experience! from service, the caesar salad, mac & cheese, fries, and the steak it was phenomenal! i also ordered a lemon drop martini (not pictured) it was so good until i ordered another one. will go back again.

May i say that shawn( sean) the bartender was not only on top of the drink service, but also took our order for the food, brought it out and came over and asked how the food was a few times. he was so kind and friendly! excellent service and a great establishment highly recommend for a night out.

Our family had a wonderful lunch experience at tullys good times in amherst, buffalo. we were seated promptly, served delicious food, and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. the original tully s tender dinner was a highlight, and my sports-loving kid loved the memorabilia. generous portions and great service well definitely be back with friends!

One of the best cheesesteaks i have ever had. i have had both the harvey and the broadway bully. preferred the bully, the sausage added a little something extra special. great friendly service. i reccomend ordering ahead.

Very quiet when we went for lunch. clean and friendly. the clt was so good and the philly cheese steak was amazing. our go-to everytime!
