Finally tried this resto after 3 yrs of passing it by when i lived around the neighborhood. upon arrival the hostess opened the door for us and greeted us. we got to our booth and ordered the soy glazed pork belly appetizer. these were so good. the flavor of the meat was balanced really well and meat was tender. next i ordered the red wine short ribs with whipped potatoes. super tender and shredded right into pieces with your fork. let me tell this places does not disappoint. customer service was amazing. just the overall ambiance of the place, food and the people. i would def recommend this place to anyone! thank you again for a great experience

Wow! hidden gem alert! i recently had the pleasure of indulging in the rack of lamb at idylwood grill, and i must say, it was an absolute culinary masterpiece! if youre a lamb lover, this dish is an absolute must-try. the rack of lamb at idylwood grill was cooked to perfection. the meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. each bite was a delightful explosion of savory goodness. the chefs expertise in preparing lamb shone through, showcasing their culinary prowess. not only was the lamb itself exceptional, but the accompanying flavors and presentation elevated the dish to new heights. the seasonings were expertly balanced, enhancing the natural taste of the lamb without overpowering it. the dish was beautifully plated, adding an element of sophistication and visual appeal. the service at idylwood grill was impeccable, as always. the staff members were attentive, friendly, and passionate about their craft. they provided excellent recommendations and ensured that every aspect of my dining experience was exceptional. btw the duck was great too but i m a huge lamb fan :)

I haven t been for lunch at this place in sometime. and i do not remember it being this good. otherwise i would have been coming more often. this was one of the best lunch i had in a long time. the bread was warm and had my favorite crunch to it. the food was well presented and tasty. it was a bit too much for me but jeez it was a great lunch. the service was friendly, quick and professional. only caveat is that as per the waitress, lunch runs out quick. and all of this for 16.99, no wonder. my new favorite lunch place

Delicious argentine bbq! the customer service was fantastic. the restaurant has a nice casual feel…ill definitely return.

The experience was so wonderful i chose not to take photos so my wife volunteered. 3 out of 4 had the tasting menu with the wine pairings. the 2 assistant sommeliers were both fantastic at describing each selection. the head som james was truly great at his craft. and to say the wines were perfectly paired with each dish is an understatement. service at every turn was spot on. michael was outstanding! the flavors for every dish were subtle and vibrant simultaneously. such a great wine list also…. i think this is now my favorite restaurant in northern virginia!

I am giving 5 stars for the atmosphere mostly and the fact that they ve kept their prices fairly low compared to sister restaurants like olive garden. the host could be nicer and smile, at least. the food was good, but not great. the spinach dip was delicious. i ordered my steak medium well, but it was well done. my mom asked for medium and it was medium well, so keep that in mind. parking is also a plus; there s plenty of parking

Everything was great. food was amazing. service was great. any spot that starts u off with popcorn is a 5 star to me. great atmosphere . will return to try more. thanx for a great 1st time experience

Absolutely delicious meal! i was blown away by how tasty this was. the beef came out piping hot, juicy, and deliciously seasoned and flavored. the garbanzos were delectable, and so was the spinach. the rice was expertly prepared. will definitely come back!

I walked in cranky from a long tiring ride, i left smiling. the staff is so friendly and welcoming, there was no wait for seating and a very short wait for food too. my picky kids loved all their meals and my husband and i loved ours as well. the sauces were incredible! the bbq sauce on that kickin short rib burger was amazing and the southwest turkey was just phenomenal. everything tasted fresh and delicious definitely recommend if you re in the area!

Stopped here twice, first is for brunch. friendly staff and good food. second was to buy takeaways for our trip back home to nc. the deserts esp the bibingka brings back memories from childhood in the pi. nothing special about the location or interior decor, but you don t go to a filipino restaurant for that reason rather the food which is beyond expectations. the lechon kawali has good crunch, flavorful tapa, and delicious releno torta. the coffee is on the weaker and water down, but perhaps i m just used to espresso. anyways, we re already planning on returning.

Cute eatery, delicious food! i loved the beef tongue, and the saltena was delicious, slightly sweet but savory and the pastry shell was flaky. yum!

Ive been coming here for years. this is a dive bar with great live music and ok food. the music is always great. the bar serves bottle/can beer and wine only but no tap beer or liquor service. id love to see them double down on a great plate of nachos (theirs are dry and tasteless) as well as offer a draft beer option but if they did that, they wouldnt be a dive bar now would they? ive come back here over and over again over the year to see fantastic bands. my advice is absolutely come for the music but eat before you go or at least know what youre getting. have some beer or wine, dance with a partner or all by yourself because its all ok here. folks are friendly, the bartenders are great folks, the patrons are easy going and nobody gets rowdy in a bad way. drop any pretentiousness you have when you walk in and plan to have a great time and enjoy the show.

Little saigon in falls church near eden center is a gem. upon entering, the cleanliness and charm of the venue, adorned with captivating photos of saigon in the 60s, immediately stand out. the friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, and its evident that this is a family restaurant. the chicken pho is a standout, ranking among the best in the area, and complemented perfectly by the refreshing freshly squeezed lemonade.
