My food was amazing!! a perfect steak is like a unicorn or bigfoot. i definitely found the holy grail this time temperature was perfect. it was super juicy and bursting with flavor! it had just the right amount of char with no burnt flavor ! food

Steak schlesingers is amazing! the wine list, the sides, the service (damien), the atmosphere were all 6 stars! the lamp lolly pops and seared scallops appetizers with the table bread and butter were the best ever. i had the steak schlesingers topped with onions; the most tender and taste full steak ever. chocolate punctuation! and bananas foster cheese cake for dessert brought tears to my eyes. !thank you!

We came to outback for my birthday celebration. the service was wonderful and the food was cooked to perfection. our waitress, jena d, was on top of everything we asked for. she was amazing!

If i could give more stars i would. outstanding! the food was so flavorful and fresh. my waiter was very professional and friendly. everything he offered was as described and more. we got the camel and kangaroo which i highly recommend. even got a order to go. alligator bites and oyster salad which by the way needs to be on the menu. can t wait to go back.

Love the dark atmosphere, makes a busy place still feel intimate. our chef was entertaining and the mixed drinks were good. the portions are very large for what you pay for. you won t leave hungry!

I had the pleasure of dining at fins earlier this month on a lunch trip to newport news, va. it was my first time in this area, and i was very pleased with the inside and outside atmosphere of the restaurant. the colors, utensils, food, service, etc. were all top notch. our server, kameron, was attentive and brought out delicious flavors for us to try. as a long-time vegetarian, i broke my diet for this restaurant and do not regret it. i highly recommend the firecracker shrimp starter and their seafood pasta. the kitchen offered to make the dishes vegetarian for me, which was very nice given it is an upscale seafood restaurant. i suggest everyone tries fins! five stars.

4.6 we decided on this place for our anniversary dinner and man were we pleased with our choice! we were given some champagne for our anniversary. we each got a glass of wine, i got moscato, my husband got riesling, and we both got sparkling water. we got the octopus to share and that was so tender, and the hummus they lay it on makes it that much better! highly recommend that! i got the bison meatloaf and that was the best meatloaf i ve ever had! i m not a meatloaf person normally, i m not sure why it sounded so good that night, but it was an awesome choice. my husband got the special for the night. they said seared shrimp and he was sold. it was pretty much shrimp and grits. he said it was amazing though. we left no room for dessert, so we ll have to try that next time. the staff is really good about making sure no empty plates are left at your table. our waitress was very nice, explained the menu really well and gave recommendations. the only downfall is the restaurant is really small inside. not a lot of seating at all, and the tables are a little close together because of that. i didn t feel comfortable enough sitting and staying for a while. and my husband is over 6 and a half feet tall, so i know he felt uncomfortable also. but we both loved the food, and definitely want to go back, just when it s not crowded. but i do highly recommend to everyone!

I have past by many times and today i wanted a cheese steak. so my wife and i stopped today for the first time. the inside is a little dated but do not let that stop you for from eating there. the service was fast and the food even better. the onion rings and fries were hot and cooked perfect. the steak were also fantastic and we both had enough left over for the next day. you will not be disappointed ,skip the national chains and support your local guys they have the best food. we will be back.

Great find!! i was looking for seafood and i found the place in newport news. i wanted to enjoy it all but needed to boil it down to smaller sizes. ended up with oyster rockefeller, cup of clam chowder, and seared ahi tuna. wow! great flavors on all and best decision. bartenders on point to make this place a must if in the area and looking for local great seafood!!!

We had a party of four & that wasnt too many for johnathan because we received outstanding service. our party ordered the bone-in ribeye, sirloin surf & turf, roberts rib fest for one & the bacon cheeseburger. food was delicious & we had a great time.

I sat at the bar. during a very busy time, the two ladies worked fast and made sure they kept check on the customers. the food, my steak, was really good. i loved the honey butter croissant rolls.

Great place to celebrate! food was delicious! sunday was very busy. they moved us out for the next party so eat and run. we had 10 people. cost was around $460.00 including tip for 10. 8 adults & 2 children vegetarian options: you can eat the salad, soup and hibachi menu. parking: no handicap spaces close, drop off at the door.
